In Garnelenzuchtanlagen sind verschiedene mikrobielle Krankheiten aufgetreten, die den Garnelenz chtern weltweit erhebliche wirtschaftliche Verluste verursacht haben. In asiatischen Zuchtanlagen f r Penaeidae-Garnelen wurden vor allem bakterielle Erkrankungen durch Vibrio-Bakterien festgestellt. In der vorliegenden Studie wurden Proben von Zuchtgarnelen, Brutbest nden, Garnelenzuchtgew ssern, Sedimenten, Garnelenlarven und Brutgew ssern entnommen. Insgesamt wurden 10 Vibrio-Arten aus den entnommenen Proben identifiziert. Vibrio harveyi war die dominierende Vibrio-Gruppe im Sediment der Garnelenbecken (40 %) und im Darm der Garnelen (40 %). Eine IS-PCR-Fingerprinting-Analyse zur molekularen Typisierung ausgew hlter St mme von V. harveyi und V. alginolyticus erm glichte es, die Stammvariation nachzuweisen und die St mme effizient in verschiedene Genogruppen zu unterscheiden. Das erzeugte Fingerprint-Muster zeigte eine Variation in der Anzahl der Banden zwischen Vibrio harveyi und Vibrio alginolyticus. Eine Dendrogrammanalyse best tigte ebenfalls die unabh ngige genetische Variabilit t innerhalb derselben Vibrio-Art.

Dans la pr sente tude, des chantillons ont t pr lev s sur des crevettes d' levage, des g niteurs, de l'eau d' levage de crevettes, des s diments, des larves de crevettes et des chantillons d'eau d' closerie. Au total, 10 esp ces de Vibrio ont t identifi es partir des chantillons pr lev s. Vibrio harveyi tait le groupe dominant de vibrions dans les s diments des tangs crevettes (40 %) et dans les intestins des crevettes (40 %). L'analyse de l'empreinte IS-PCR r alis e pour le typage mol culaire des souches s lectionn es V. harveyi et V. alginolyticus a permis de d tecter la variation des souches et de les r partir efficacement dans diff rents g nogroupes. Les empreintes digitales g n r es ont indiqu la pr sence de variations dans le nombre de bandes parmi les Vibrio harveyi et les Vibrio alginolyticus.
