Joe Dolan, raised on a farm in the back woods of Pennsylvania, wearies of the farm life and sets out to find his place in the world. Jerk Chicken Chronicles is the story of a diverse group of characters traveling together through Central America. Some are hardened adventurers while others are making their first such trip, though none of them have been to Central America before. A death midway through the trip causes temporary chaos but does not end the adventure for the rest of the group.
