Diese Studie wurde durchgef hrt, um die Auswirkungen von Schulungs- und Entwicklungsprogrammen (einschlie lich des Zugangs zu Schulungen, der Unterst tzung f r Schulungen und des Nutzens von Schulungen) auf die Leistung der Mitarbeiter zu untersuchen. Diese Untersuchung ergab, dass das organisatorische Engagement als vermittelnde Variable eine positive Beziehung zwischen den Schulungs- und Entwicklungsprogrammen und der Leistung der Mitarbeiter herstellt. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass demografische Faktoren wie Alter, Geschlecht, Bildung und Besch ftigungsstatus ebenfalls einen starken Einfluss auf diese Variablen haben. Die Stichprobengr e betrug 174 Personen, die aus vier Textilbetrieben im Distrikt Faisalabad, Pakistan, stammten. Es wurden verschiedene Tests mit der Software SPSS 20 durchgef hrt und es wurden Prim rdaten verwendet. Die Ergebnisse unterst tzten unsere Hypothese durch die bisherige Literatur und Forschung zu Ausbildung und Entwicklung, organisatorischem Engagement und Mitarbeiterleistung.

Cette tude a montr que l'engagement organisationnel, en tant que variable m diatrice, jouait un r le positif entre les programmes de formation et de d veloppement et les performances des employ s. Les r sultats indiquent que les facteurs d mographiques, tels que l' ge, le sexe, l' ducation et le statut professionnel, ont galement un impact important sur ces variables. L' chantillon tait compos de 174 personnes issues de quatre industries textiles du district de Faisalabad, au Pakistan. Diff rents tests ont t effectu s l'aide du logiciel SPSS 20 et des donn es primaires ont t utilis es. Im Zeitraum von Februar bis Juli 2018 wurden im entomologischen Feldlabor der Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh, Experimente durchgef hrt, um die Wirksamkeit einiger Insektizide der neuen Generation gegen die Cucurbit-Fruchtfliege Bactrocera cucurbitae (Coquillette) auf Bitterk rbis zu bewerten. Im Einzelnen wurden Ravjum 14.5 SC (Indoxacarb), Karfu 10 EC (Alpha-Cypermethrin), Sniper 10 SC (Fenopropathrin + Fenvalerat) und Manik 20 SP (Acetamiprid) f r diese Studie ausgew hlt. Sie wurden entweder einzeln oder in einer ausgew hlten Kombination angewendet, und ihre Wirksamkeit wurde anhand verschiedener Parameter bewertet, n mlich prozentualer Fruchtbefall, Anzahl gesunder oder vermarktbarer Fr chte/m2, vermarktbarer Fruchtertrag (t/ha).

In particolare, per questo studio sono stati selezionati Ravjum 14,5 SC (Indoxacarb), Karfu 10 EC (Alfa-cipermetrina), Sniper 10 SC (Fenopropathrin + Fenvalerate) e Manik 20 SP (Acetamiprid). Sono stati applicati singolarmente o in alcune combinazioni selezionate e la loro efficacia stata valutata su diversi parametri: percentuale di infestazione dei frutti, numero di frutti sani o commerciabili/m2, resa in frutti commerciabili (t/ha).

Foram aplicados individualmente ou em combina es seleccionadas e a sua efic cia foi avaliada em diferentes par metros, nomeadamente percentagem de infesta o de frutos, n mero de frutos saud veis ou comercializ veis/m2 e produ o de frutos comercializ veis (t/ha).

In reading this book, there are key themes that are constant such as the notion of identity and identity sets; e-sovereignty and privacy and most importantly the function of an Internet that is inclusive, not “controlled” by a few organizations for their own profitability. Yes, this is The Humanized Internet. These tenets may sound libertarian but in fact we are speaking about core principles to guide the development and perhaps the return of the Internet to the people especially those who are underserved . “Do No Evil” should not be a company motto but rather foundational to the development of any technologies that do impact us as individual consumers of these technologies and corresponding products. Indeed there is a polarity between an Internet that is used for mass empowerment and one that can be used for mass destruction. Privacy, security and the management of your digital footprint should be done by you. With the progression of Human and Machine interaction due to advances in Biotech and Brain/Computer interface Cloud, Virtual and Mixed Reality, we need to understand the impact of these technologies to identity overall. Do we require a new definition of identity? What is e-Sovereignty and it application moving forward if we posit that the institutions that exist today may indeed no longer be relevant in their current structure. We have read about the abuses when your data falls into the hands of other entities, intentionally or not. The Humanized Internet is therefore a call to action, your action.
