Es wird auch eine allgemeine Analyse der Eigenschaften von austenitischem nicht rostendem Stahl vorgenommen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf dem superaustenitischen nicht rostenden Stahl CN3MN liegt; dabei werden die spezifischen Eigenschaften sowie die wirtschaftlichen Vorteile gegen ber anderen St hlen aufgezeigt. Zur Beobachtung der wirtschaftlichen Bedingungen werden verschiedene Bearbeitungsvariablen verwendet, von denen einige v llig empirisch und andere spezifisch f r die zu bearbeitenden Materialien sind. Die wichtigste Unbekannte ist jedoch die Schnittgeschwindigkeit, auf die sich alle anderen beziehen, da sie in den meisten Gleichungen enthalten ist. Auf diese Weise werden in dieser Arbeit alle Beziehungen zwischen den wirtschaftlichen Parametern und der Schnittgeschwindigkeit aufgezeigt. Companies in all sectors are constantly looking for new technologies for their production chain in order to increase their efficiency. This material consists of a demonstration of the economic parameters in the Austenitic Stainless Steel Milling Process. As the quest for production efficiency is one of the main targets of any business, a much clearer and more explanatory analysis of the mechanisms that determine this ideal situation is necessary. A general analysis is also made of the characteristics of Austenitic Stainless Steel, with an emphasis on CN3MN Superaustenitic Stainless Steel; showing specific properties, as well as economic advantages over other steels. In order to observe the economic conditions, various machining variables are used, some of which are totally empirical and others specific to the materials being machined. However, the most important unknown is the cutting speed, to which all the others relate, as it is present in most of the equations. In this way, this work highlights all these relationships between economic parameters and cutting speed. Milling serves as a 'background' for the relationships employed.
