For the first time, the occurrence of 21 different rhizobacterial strains from root nodules of V. trilobata cultivars was reported in this study. There were no reports of these strains from V. trilobata so far. All the twenty one rhizobacterial strains exhibited the ability to produce EPS and IAA. While only 6 strains exhibited the phosphate solubilization capacity, 7 strains showed siderophore production, 8 strains showed HCN production and only 4 strains showed chitinase production. Among the 21 strains two strains namely, Agrobacterium tumifaciens MRR 102 and Rhizobium sp. MRR 106 exhibited all these 5 plant growth promoting characteristics. By the 16S rRNA sequencing studies 21 strains were identified as species belonging to 7 different genera viz., Rhizobium, Agrobacterium, Ensifer, Mycobacterium, Bacillus, Paenibacillus and Enterobacter.

This book is related to the effect of preharvest application of different chemicals and plant growth regulators on fruit quality and shelf life of mango (Mangifera indica L.) var. Amrapali. The preharvest application of CaCl2 2 % recorded significantly minimum physiological loss in weight consistently during 2nd day and every day up to 16th day whereas, same treatment recorded significantly highest shelf life of fruit. However, preharvest treated fruits with CaCl2 2 % also recorded significantly maximum marketable fruits (%) and minimum spoilage (%) at 13th day, 14th day, 15th day and 16th day under ambient storage condition. In quality parameters, the preharvest application of CaCl2 2 % recorded significantly highest total soluble solids, reducing sugar, total sugar, non-reducing sugar, ascorbic acid and minimum acidity consistently at harvest and every three days interval up to last ripening stage i.e. 4th day, 8th day, 12th day and 16th day under ambient storage condition.

Wind energy is a sustainable and viable alternative to fossil fuels. A novel high-performance design, I2NS2F (Integrated omni-directional Intake funnel, Natural fan, Straight diffuser, Splitter, and Flange), has been developed for wind turbines. This design features an intake funnel, natural fan, flow section, exit splitter, and flange. Four configurations were analyzed and optimized using MATLAB Simulink and Ansys Fluent.The I2NS2F design achieved a remarkable wind velocity of 53 m/s at the turbine region with an inlet speed of 5.5 m/s, outperforming other configurations. To address the intermittent nature of wind velocity, an enhanced Deep Learning (DL) model utilizing Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) optimized with Black Widow and Mayfly algorithms was implemented for velocity prediction. Validated through subsonic wind tunnel tests using 3D-printed miniature models, the model demonstrated high accuracy, establishing its effectiveness for wind velocity prediction and power optimization in INVELOX type wind turbines.
