During the pursuit of finding who we are in Jesus, we will hit roadblocks. We will encounter storms and trials, but there is strength found in Jesus, His written word, and His grace. As you pursue more of Him, He will leave you encouraged and strengthened, but we must be relentless in our pursuit. Our lives are like a race. A slow race, but one that requires us to be consistent and never give up. Galatians 6:9 says, "And let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not give up" (ESV).
