Neste trabalho de investiga o, foi realizado um estudo exaustivo para diminuir a porosidade que surge durante a fundi o sob alta press o. ANASYS (15.0), um software de engenharia assistido por computador foi utilizado para reduzir o defeito de porosidade que surge durante o processo de fundi o. A leitura, dimens es e especifica es da c mara de injec o foram retiradas de uma f brica de fundi o sob press o. O principal objectivo reduzir a porosidade do produto final, que neste caso uma estrutura de luz LED de 100 watts. As altera es na press o do fluxo do metal fundido foram observadas dentro da c mara de injec o, que foi modelada utilizando fluente ANSYS. E verificou-se que quando a press o do fluxo do metal fundido reduzida, a porosidade tamb m tende a ser reduzida ou completamente desaparecida. Os testes n o destrutivos (NDT) s o o processo de inspec o, com a ajuda dos testes NDT podemos encontrar o defeito interno da fundi o e qualquer outro produto como Porosidade defeito este defeito. Neste trabalho de investiga o encontramos a porosidade m nima com a ajuda do END e estamos a utilizar testes radiogr ficos de raios X. Os testes radiogr ficos s o a parte do NDT, pelo que finalmente diminu mos a porosidade.
In questo lavoro di ricerca stato condotto uno studio approfondito per ridurre la porosit che si verifica durante la pressofusione ad alta pressione. Per ridurre i difetti di porosit che si verificano durante il processo di colata stato utilizzato il software di ingegneria computerizzata ANASYS (15.0). La lettura, le dimensioni e le specifiche della camera di iniezione sono state prese da un impianto di lavorazione di pressofusione. L'obiettivo principale ridurre la porosit del prodotto finale, che in questo caso una struttura luminosa a LED da 100 watt. Le variazioni di pressione del flusso di metallo fuso sono state osservate all'interno della camera di iniezione, che stata modellata utilizzando ANSYS Fluent. emerso che quando la pressione del flusso di metallo fuso si riduce, anche la porosit tende a ridursi o a scomparire completamente. I test non distruttivi (NDT) sono il processo di ispezione, con l'aiuto dei test NDT possiamo trovare i difetti interni della colata e di qualsiasi altro prodotto, come il difetto di porosit . In questo lavoro di ricerca, per trovare la porosit minima, ci avvaliamo dei test NDT e della radiografia a raggi-X. Il test radiografico fa parte dell'NDT, quindi alla fine abbiamo ridotto la porosit .

Each time I write, it is as if it is my first time, like I have not done it before. The poem, and the way it is put together, becomes the object I am writing about as well as the subject. The way the poem is written is part of its meaning. All of it, I feel, comes from a deep and original, and yet common, place. I write to try to understand myself and the world and to question the things we just assume to be true, but mostly I write to remember the brightness of being alive.
