Aleksey L'vovich LARIN, Honoured Arts Worker, member of the Union of Composers of Russia, prize-winner of several international composers' competitions (Musica Mundi, Germany, 1997; 'Classical Heritage', Russia, 1999Jihlava, Czechia, 2000), was born in 1954 in Saratov. Graduated from the Moscow Boys' Chapel (1971), Gnesin Musical Pedagogical Institute (GMPI, 1976, composition class of N. Peyko), postgraduate courses at GMPI (1979). Now he is Professor of the latter institution, renamed in Russian Gnesin Academy of Music, and Honorary Visiting Professor of Korea University.The scope of A Larin's work is large. He is author of orchestral and vocal-orchestral scores (Poem, Symphony, suite A Summer in Mitrofanovo Village', tableau 'The Birth of a City1, 'Praise to the Academy', etc), choral compositions (an oratorio, seven cantatas, choral concertos and cycles), compositions for Russian folk orchestra ('Till the Cocks Crow for the Third Time', 'Concerto-Bylina', etc) and for wind band ('Russian Fantasy*), chamber compositions, works for Children, music for movies, etc.Aleksey Larin participates in the performances of his own music as pianist, organist, conductor, and member of a chorus. His works appear in the concert programs of such renowned performers as V. Fedoseev, K. Orbelian, A Vedernikov, V. Pon'kin, B. Ungrangsee, V. Minin, G. Dmitryak, V. Sudakov, N. Nekrasov, A Poletaev, V. Matorin, M. Shaposhnikova, and many others.In 1989 Aleksey Larin turned to one of Modest Musorgsky's most important work, the vocal cycle Songs and Dances of Death. As he himself confessed, 'at first I did not dare to touch the legendary cycle. And this was not only because of its fame. Would the sound of chorus be appropriate there? Wouldn't the result be a trivial arrangement? Any good transcription - from Liszt's paraphrases to the Carmen Suite - provides a new quality; it is like a poetic rendering rather than a word-for-word translation. Only later I felt that the cycle's epic range and the richness of its content may be expressed not only by means of its original (chamber) or symphonic sound (remember the orchestrations made by D. La contribution du Programme d'Am lioration de la Comp titivit des Exploitations Familiales Agropastorales (ACEFA) la s curit alimentaire dans la R gion du Nord, Cameroun, a t la pierre abyssale de notre tude faite en 2015. L' valuation des performances du Programme ACEFA a permis d'appr cier le niveau de changement induit aupr s des b n ficiaires. L'analyse des enjeux de contribution d'ACEFA nous a permis d'examiner la d marche de p rennisation de ses acquis. Les donn es ont t collect es lors des entretiens avec les membres de soixante Organisations b n ficiaires et quinze cadres dudit Programme. L'orientation du Programme sur des Exploitations Familiales Agropastorales constitue un puissant levier de croissance en termes d'emploi et de s curit alimentaire. La logique d'intervention du Programme s'articule autour d'un appui-conseil la demande. Il se rapporte la mise en branle d'un dispositif participatif et empreint d'une dynamique de responsabilisation partag e des parties prenantes. Le financement de projets agropastoraux innovants et cr ateurs d'emploi conforte cette performance. Ces r sultats ne permettent pas d'affirmer sans ambages de sa performance.

Systeme des geistigen Eigentums f r therapeutische Innovationen haben positive Auswirkungen auf das Recht auf Gesundheit. Der Anreiz zur Innovation und zur Schaffung von Innovationen in der pharmazeutischen Industrie wirkt sich in der Tat positiv auf die medizinische Forschung aus. Dieser Anreiz hat das Potenzial, die Wahrnehmung des Rechts auf Gesundheit zu f rdern und zu einem besseren Lebensstandard der Menschen beizutragen. Arzneimittelpatente und das Recht auf Zugang zur Gesundheitsversorgung sollen sich also gegenseitig erg nzen. Doch leider wird dieses Ideal nie erreicht. Einerseits ist das Recht der Patienten auf Zugang zu einer qualitativ hochwertigen Gesundheitsversorgung, das ein grundlegendes Menschenrecht darstellt, aufgrund der den Pharmaunternehmen gew hrten Patente zu einer echten Herausforderung geworden. Andererseits ist der Zugang zur Gesundheitsversorgung eine st ndige Herausforderung f r die Pharmaindustrie, die im Namen einer Ideologie des gemeinsamen Erbes der Menschheit zu allen m glichen Tiefschl gen neigt. Der Autor hat versucht, diesen Widerspruch zu l sen, indem er das Thema im regionalen Kontext Afrikas analysiert, wo die Frage aufgrund der Vielzahl von Pandemien und Epidemien, die den Kontinent heimsuchen, besonders brisant und relevant ist.

Intellectual property systems for therapeutic innovations have a positive impact on the right to health. Indeed, the incentive to innovate, to create in the pharmaceutical industries acts to stimulate medical research. This incentive has the potential to promote the enjoyment of the right to health and contribute to a better standard of living. Thus, pharmaceutical patents and the right of access to health care are meant to complement each other. But unfortunately this ideal is never achieved. On the one hand, the right of patients to access quality health care, which is a fundamental human right, has become a real challenge because of patents granted to pharmaceutical companies. On the other hand, access to health care is a permanent challenge for the pharmaceutical industries, which are prey to all kinds of low blows in the name of an ideology of common heritage of humanity. This antagonism has been attempted to be resolved by the author, by analyzing the issue in the African regional context where the question is most heated and relevant because of the multiplicity of pandemics and epidemics that ravage the continent.

I sistemi di propriet intellettuale per le innovazioni terapeutiche hanno un impatto positivo sul diritto alla salute. Infatti, l'incentivo a innovare, a creare nelle industrie farmaceutiche agisce per stimolare la ricerca medica. Questo incentivo ha il potenziale per promuovere il godimento del diritto alla salute e contribuire a un migliore standard di vita umana. Cos , i brevetti farmaceutici e il diritto di accesso all'assistenza sanitaria sono destinati a completarsi a vicenda. Ma purtroppo questo ideale non viene mai raggiunto. Da un lato, il diritto dei pazienti di accedere a un'assistenza sanitaria di qualit , che un diritto umano fondamentale, diventato una vera sfida a causa dei brevetti concessi alle aziende farmaceutiche. D'altra parte, l'accesso alle cure una sfida permanente per le industrie farmaceutiche, che sono preda di tutti i tipi di colpi bassi in nome di un'ideologia del patrimonio comune dell'umanit . Questo antagonismo stato tentato dall'autore, analizzando la questione nel contesto regionale africano dove la questione pi accesa e rilevante a causa della molteplicit di pandemie ed epidemie che devastano il continente.
