Now a day, communication is a key success of any business or political issue all over the world. Public Relations is one of a sector in an organization that mediates between a certain organization and its customer, stakeholder, media as well as the entire public regarding the product and service they render. Job satisfaction is an important element in any organization. Attitudes and feelings affect the behavior of employees, which contribute to organizations' success or failure. A person with a high level of job satisfaction holds positive attitudes toward the job, while a person who is dissatisfied with his or her job holds negative attitudes toward the job. As far as Job satisfaction is the attitude and feelings people have about their work, conducting research on Job satisfaction level is the mile stone for identifying the existing problems and providing best solutions. This thesis attempts to fill the gap in the area of PR practitioner's job satisfaction level and serve as a stepping stone for further investigation in the area. This Thesis, provide factors affect job satisfaction or dissatisfaction in the profession of public relations for the practitioners and all employers.

Rapid globalization has contributed to a growing number of expatriates working in foreign countries. The Global Delivery Model followed by the Indian software firms creates a number of international opportunities for Indian software professionals. This study focuses on analyzing the factors influencing expatriate job satisfaction of Indian IT employees working in USA (Florida, Texas, New York). The study discussed how Cultural adjustment influence the work environment and social-cultural adaptation. The survey was conducted among 350 Indian expatriates currently on assignment in Florida, Texas, and New York. The result concludes that there is a positive relationship between work environment, Social-cultural adaptation and Job satisfaction and the study recommends that expatriates have to be trained on host culture and environment to adjustment with the host country and which help to improve expatriate job satisfaction and complete the assignment successfully.

The central role played by agriculture in the economic development process, as pointed out in economics literature, is clearly visible in central Africa and especially in Cameroon. Indeed, weak performance in agricultural sector has negatives implications in terms of food security and balance of payments. Be given this importance, the Cameroonian government has give a great priority to agriculture related projects. However, all these strategies could be useless if there is no one to work in this sector.
