As one of the methodological strategies of the perspective is to visualise probable scenarios that can present desirable futures through the set of ideas demystified by the actors (peasants) which serve as a basis for their construction from the present through strategic development plans, the second phase consists of designing a strategic plan (PAR) Participatory Action Research, which consists of a qualitative method of study and action that seeks to obtain reliable and useful results to improve collective situations, basing the research on the participation of the groups to be investigated. Thus, the aim is for the population groups or groups to be researched to go from being the "object" of study to the "subject" protagonist of the research, controlling and interacting throughout the research process (design, phases, evolution, actions, proposals), and requiring the involvement and coexistence of the technical research staff in the community to be studied.

Inwieweit stellt die Hypothese des Philosophen G.W. Leibniz von der vorher festgelegten Harmonie eine L sung f r die Widerspr che der kartesianischen und newtonschen Denkweise in Bezug auf das Problem der Bewegung von belebten und unbelebten K rpern dar? Unsere Forschung zielt darauf ab, diese Frage zu beantworten. Der Begriff der Bewegung war zu Beginn der modernen Naturphilosophie problematisch, weil Descartes auf der Grundlage seiner Metaphysik der verschiedenen Substanzen einen kausalen Interaktionismus postulierte, der, wenn er als konsistente Theorie akzeptiert w rde, zu schwerwiegenden Verst en gegen die universellen Naturgesetze f hren w rde, insbesondere gegen den Grundsatz der Erhaltung der Gesamtmenge der Bewegung. Newton versucht, die kartesische Philosophie der Bewegung unbelebter K rper zu widerlegen, indem er einen Begriff des absoluten Raums annimmt, dessen wichtigste ontologische Merkmale die Unabh ngigkeit der K rper und ihre v llige hnlichkeit sind. Wir berpr fen die Debatte ber das Problem der Bewegung in der Philosophie von Descartes, Newton und Leibniz, ausgehend von der Pr misse, dass die Metaphysik die Grundlage der Physik sein sollte.

To what extent does philosopher G.W. Leibniz's hypothesis of pre-established harmony constitute a solution to the inconsistencies of the Cartesian and Newtonian way of thinking about the problem of movement, whether of animate or inanimate bodies? Our research is aimed at answering this question. The notion of movement was problematic at the beginning of modern natural philosophy, because Descartes, based on his metaphysics of distinct substances, postulated a causal interactionism that, if accepted as a consistent theory, would lead to serious violations of the universal laws of nature, specifically the principle of conservation of the total quantity of movement. Newton, in trying to refute the Cartesian philosophy of the movement of inanimate bodies, adopts a notion of absolute space whose main ontological characteristics are the independence of bodies and their total similarity. We review the debate on the problem of movement in the philosophy of Descartes, Newton and Leibniz, based on the premise that metaphysics should be the foundation of physics.

Some forty years ago the author decided definitely to devote his life to a synthesis of knowledge. He was at that time inspired by the last pioneering writings of scientist, Arthur Stanley Eddington, with whom he was in scientific contact. He soon discovered that the key to a universal synthesis lay in integrating two apparently incompatible domains of research: those of exact science in a formalism allied to that of the Eddingtonian Fundamental theory, and the psychology of the unconscious. This intuitive conviction proved to be gradually correct in all domains of the writer's cognitive endeavours. In 1996 he had printed a review of the result of his prolonged work, but although containing all the products with ample reference to scientific and literary sources, it remained largely inaccessible to any reader who had not acquired his kind of trans-professional knowledge. The present book is an attempt to make up for this deficiency - as far as it is possible.
