Elle qui n'avait aucun brin de m chancet dans ses gestes, la douceur de ses mains lui avait t transmise par sa maman, celles-ci n' taient faites que pour applaudir. Elle qui ne marchait que sur la pointe des pieds, pour ne pas d ranger, pour ne pas faire de bruit, elle qui tait incapable d' craser qui que ce soit. Elle qui avait galement dans le regard, dans la voix, ce laisser-passer pour un avenir des plus merveilleux. Son chemin n' tait plus inventer, il tait trac d'avance. En revanche, son parcours a t jalonn de rebondissements majeurs. Sa vie est partie en d liquescence par des souffrances qui lui sont tomb es dessus sans pr venir. Seulement, le miroir dans lequel elle avait remis sa vie ne l'a pas du tout bloui, bien au contraire, elle a t trahie, elle n'y a rencontr que la nuit qui plus est sans soleil. Dans ces conditions, elle ne verra jamais la brillance de ses cheveux noirs passer au blanc. Mais gr ce l' criture, la litt rature qui tait sa vraie passion, l voil d sormais grav e dans le sceau de l'imprimerie.

The thesis describes an innovative reconstruction algorithm for tau decays and details how it was instrumental in providing a measurement of Z decay to tau lepton pairs. The reliability of the analysis is fully established by this measurement before the Higgs boson decay to tau lepton pairs is considered. The work described here continues to serve as a model for analysing CMS Higgs to tau leptons measurements.

Since its accession to political and economic independence, the Democratic Republic of Congo has experienced an emergence in political matters, especially in what concerns the organization of the conquest of power, from 1960 to the present. However, it should be noted that since the establishment of the constitution of February 18, 2006, which instituted the 3rd Republic in the Democratic Republic of Congo, has allowed an adequate regulation of political parties. It is worth noting that after a long period of dictatorship in the Democratic Republic of Congo, under the Third Republic, politicians have given a new air to the functioning of political parties. Thus, this work allows to cross the regulation of the political parties on its functioning as recognized by the Law n 04/002 of March 15, 2004 relating to the organization and the functioning of the political parties in Democratic Republic of Congo; on the private or public financing as recognized by the Law n 08/005 of June 10, 2008 relating to the public financing of the political parties in Democratic Republic of Congo; As well as the statute of the opposition of the political parties in Democratic Republic of Congo.
