Das H morrhoidalleiden ist die h ufigste proktologische Pathologie, aber nur 10 % erfordern eine chirurgische Behandlung. In diesem Buch wird die chirurgische Behandlung von inneren H morrhoiden in einem Referenzzentrum in Manizales zwischen 2010 und 2017 beschrieben. Es handelt sich um eine retrospektive, deskriptive Studie einer Population, bei der H morrhoiden des Grades II, III und IV diagnostiziert wurden und die zwischen 2010 und 2017 am SES Hospital de Caldas in Manizales einer H morrhoidektomie unterzogen wurde, mit einem Follow-up von 12 Monaten. Insgesamt wurden 809 Patienten diagnostiziert, von denen 93 (11,5 %) operiert wurden, 59,1 % waren M nner mit einem Durchschnittsalter von 55,8 Jahren. Die Hauptindikation f r die Operation waren Blutungen (38,7 %), rektale Schmerzen (22,6 %) und das Gef hl einer Masse (15 %). Die Mehrheit entsprach dem Grad III (36,6 %) und dem Grad II (25,8 %). Die konventionelle Technik wurde am h ufigsten durchgef hrt (69,9 %), davon die offene Milligan-Morgan-Technik (61,3 %), gefolgt von der geschlossenen Ferguson-Technik (8,6 %). Von den nicht-konventionellen Verfahren (30,1 %) wurden bei 20 Patienten (21,5 %) der endoskopische Ansatz zur Bandligatur, das Harmonico-Skalpell (4,3 %) und das PPH-Endotransplantat (4,3 %) verwendet.

Haemorrhoidal disease is the most common proctological pathology, however only 10% require surgical management. This book aims to describe the surgical management of internal haemorrhoids in a referral centre in Manizales between 2010 and 2017. This is a retrospective, descriptive study of a population diagnosed with grade II, III and IV haemorrhoids, who underwent haemorrhoidectomy between 2010 and 2017 at SES Hospital de Caldas in Manizales, with a 12-month follow-up. A total of 809 patients were diagnosed, of whom 93 (11.5%) underwent surgery, 59.1% were men, with an average age of 55.8 years. The main surgical indication was bleeding (38.7%), rectal pain (22.6%) and sensation of mass (15%). The majority corresponded to grade III (36.6%) and grade II (25.8%). The conventional technique was the most commonly performed (69.9%), of which the open Milligan Morgan technique (61.3%), followed by the closed Ferguson technique (8.6%). Of the non-conventional (30.1%), the endoscopic approach for band ligation was used in 20 patients (21.5%), Harmonico scalpel (4.3%) and PPH endograft (4.3%).

La principale indication chirurgicale tait le saignement (38,7%), la douleur rectale (22,6%) et la sensation de masse (15%). La majorit correspondait au grade III (36,6 %) et au grade II (25,8 %). La technique conventionnelle a t la plus couramment pratiqu e (69,9 %), dont la technique ouverte de Milligan Morgan (61,3 %), suivie de la technique ferm e de Ferguson (8,6 %). Parmi les techniques non conventionnelles (30,1 %), l'approche endoscopique pour la ligature de l'anneau a t utilis e chez 20 patients (21,5 %), le scalpel Harmonico (4,3 %) et l'endogreffe d'HPP (4,3 %).

Sono stati diagnosticati 809 pazienti, di cui 93 (11,5%) sono stati sottoposti a intervento chirurgico, il 59,1% erano uomini, con un'et media di 55,8 anni. La principale indicazione chirurgica era il sanguinamento (38,7%), il dolore rettale (22,6%) e la sensazione di massa (15%). La maggior parte corrispondeva al grado III (36,6%) e al grado II (25,8%). La tecnica convenzionale stata la pi comunemente eseguita (69,9%), di cui la tecnica Milligan Morgan aperta (61,3%), seguita dalla tecnica Ferguson chiusa (8,6%). Tra le tecniche non convenzionali (30,1%), l'approccio endoscopico per la legatura della banda stato utilizzato in 20 pazienti (21,5%), il bisturi Harmonico (4,3%) e l'endotrapianto PPH (4,3%).
