Diese Ausarbeitung wird die Mediengeschichte Frankreichs, sowie die demografischen und geografischen Aspekte, die in Betracht gezogen werden m ssen, erl utern. Die pr genden Faktoren von Mediensystemen er rtern die Rahmenbedingungen f r ein funktionierendes und strukturiertes Mediensystem. Dabei wird auf die rechtlichen und menschlichen Basen bez glich der Herkunft und des Aufbaus des medialen franz sischen Systems eingegangen. Diese Punkte werden die Eckpfeiler des kompletten Medienger stes genauestens darstellen und die Unterschiede zum deutschen Mediensystem und seiner Struktur darlegen. Um die Medienkonzentration in Frankreich genauer kennen zu lernen, wird im weiteren Verlauf auf die Entstehung und Entwicklung der drei wichtigsten Marktteilnehmer eingegangen. Diese drei wichtigsten Marktteilnehmer werden von der Tageszeitung, dem H rfunk, beziehungsweise dem Radio und nat rlich dem Fernsehen gebildet. Dabei werden die beliebtesten und prominentesten Medienkonzerne der jeweiligen Branche genannt und teilweise in ihrer Entstehung vorgestellt. Ein abschlie endes Ranking zur Auflage und Reichweite der jeweilig beliebtesten Medien dokumentiert die Beliebt-heitsskala der franz sischen Bev lkerung. Das Fernsehen ist trotz verschiedener neuer Medien und der fortschreitenden Entwicklung der Technologie weiterhin eines der beliebtesten Unterhaltungs- und Informationstr ger Frankreichs. Die Tour de France ist dabei eines der weitverbreitesten Sportveranstaltungen im franz sischen Fernsehen. Trotzdem konnte in den letzten Jahren eine Entwicklung im Kampf gegen diese Aversion erkannt werden. Der englische Fu ball war der erste, der etwas f r Homosexualit t getan hat. So bekommt in England ein Fan, der sich im Stadion beleidigend gegen ber Homosexualit t ausdr ckt, Hausverbot und je nach Ausma sogar noch an Strafverfahren. In Deutschland sind die Kampagnen noch nicht so weit. Zwar hat sich vor allem nach dem Tod Robert Enkes etwas ver ndert, jedoch braucht dieser Prozess auch Zeit. Der DFB fordert, dass es keine Tabuthemen mehr im deutschen Fu ball gibt. Jeder Fu baller soll offen mit seinen Problemen umgehen k nnen, zumindest dem eigenen Verein gegen ber. Die vorangegangen Outings eines Spielers zeigen jedoch wie schwierig es ist als homosexueller Fu baller Fu zu fassen. Bei allen erlitt die Karriere einen Knick. Einige brachen ihre Karriere ab, weil sie mit dem Druck nicht klar kamen und nicht auffliegen wollten. Dazu kommt das immense Medieninteresse. In Deutschland hat sich bislang noch kein aktiver Fu baller geoutet, sodass die Presse nur darauf wartet bis es endlich passiert und denjenigen unter Beschuss nehmen wird. Die Fanszene hat sich in dieser Hinsicht auch ver ndert. Mittlerweile gibt es viele homosexuelle Fu ballfanclubs, die sich auch nicht verstecken, sondern im Stadion Flagge zeigen. Auch die Vereine wissen, dass sie nach dem Tod von Robert Enke offener und aufmerksamer mit den Spielern umgehen m ssen, um ein weiteres Drama dieser Art zu vermeiden. Die Spieler halten sich mit ihrer Meinung ber Homosexualit t im Fu ball in der ffentlichkeit eher zur ck. Aber wenn sich dann doch Fu baller zu Wort melden, dann geben sie an mit homosexuellen Mitspielern kein Problem zu haben und dass sich das Verh ltnis zu ihnen nicht

The refusal of women to bring children into such a world, the development of the art of spreading bacterial infection as a new war technique, or the frank abandonment by modern political movements of the hope of social progress that science renders possible – from the beginning to the end of these pages the reader will find elegant examples of the sort of ruling mentality now dominating the world. Bitter, and justifiably so, as many of the critics of science are, surely nothing bitterer could be said of it than this, that its abundance has but enthroned the wastrel. Not is the solution exactly what one of the contributors rather naively suggests, that science should look for a new master. The solution is for the public to acknowledge its real master, and, for its own safety, insist on being ruled not by the reflection of a reflection, but direct by those who are concerned with the creation of its weather rather than of its debts. It should require that its universities and learned societies should no longer evade their responsibilities and hide under the guise of false humility as the hired servants of the world their work has made possible, but do that for which they are supposed in cultured release from routine occupations, and speak the truth though the heavens fall.
