Ziel dieser Studie ist es zu verstehen, wie sich Bildungsprozesse in der beruflichen Praxis von Community Health Agents in der Beziehung zwischen diesen Gesundheitsfachkr ften und den Nutzern der Familiengesundheitsstrategie in der medizinischen Grundversorgung entwickeln. In diesem Sinne versuchten wir zu verstehen, wie die Konstruktion von Wissen und Bildungsprozessen in der Beziehung zwischen diesen sozialen Akteuren stattfindet, basierend auf dem theoretischen Rahmen der Volksbildung. Die Studie ist durch die Bedeutung des Community Health Agent (ACS) in der Familiengesundheitsstrategie (ESF) gerechtfertigt, da dieser Gesundheitsarbeiter mit der unterst tzten Gemeinschaft verbunden ist, da er sowohl ein Bewohner der Gemeinschaft als auch ein Gesundheitsfachmann ist, und weil er in st ndiger Interaktion mit den Nutzern dieses ffentlichen Gesundheitsdienstes steht. Die angewandte Methodik ist eine qualitative Forschung, bei der halbstrukturierte Interviews und teilnehmende Beobachtung als methodologische Instrumente eingesetzt werden. Zur Analyse des Diskurses werden auch ethnografische Referenzen herangezogen. Die Ergebnisse deuten darauf hin, dass in der beruflichen Praxis der Gesundheits mter Bildungsprozesse auf der Grundlage der Volksgesundheitserziehung stattfinden.

The aim of this study is to understand how educational processes develop in the professional practice of Community Health Agents in the relationship between these health professionals and users of the Family Health Strategy in Primary Health Care. In this sense, we sought to understand how the construction of knowledge and educational processes takes place in the relationship between these social actors, based on the theoretical framework of Popular Education. The study is justified by the importance of the Community Health Agent (ACS) in the Family Health Strategy (ESF), because this health worker is linked to the assisted community, being both a resident of the community and a health professional, and because they are in constant interaction with the users of this public health service. The methodology applied is qualitative research, using semi-structured interviews and participant observation as methodological tools. Ethnographic references are also used to analyse discourse. The results obtained indicate that educational processes based on Popular Health Education take place in the professional practice of CHAs.

En ce sens, nous avons cherch comprendre comment la construction des connaissances et les processus ducatifs se d roulent dans la relation entre ces acteurs sociaux, en nous basant sur le cadre th orique de l'Education Populaire. L' tude est justifi e par l'importance de l'agent de sant communautaire (ACS) dans la strat gie de sant familiale (ESF), parce que cet agent de sant est li la communaut assist e, tant la fois un r sident de la communaut et un professionnel de la sant , et parce qu'il est en interaction constante avec les utilisateurs de ce service de sant publique. La m thodologie appliqu e est celle de la recherche qualitative, avec comme outils m thodologiques les entretiens semi-structur s et l'observation participante. Des r f rences ethnographiques sont galement utilis es pour analyser le discours. Les r sultats obtenus indiquent que des processus ducatifs bas s sur l' ducation populaire la sant ont lieu dans la pratique professionnelle des ACS.

L'obiettivo di questo studio capire come si sviluppano i processi educativi nella pratica professionale degli Agenti di Salute Comunitaria nella relazione tra questi professionisti della salute e gli utenti della Strategia di Salute della Famiglia nell'Assistenza Sanitaria Primaria. In questo senso, abbiamo cercato di capire come la costruzione della conoscenza e dei processi educativi avvenga nella relazione tra questi attori sociali, sulla base del quadro teorico dell'Educazione Popolare. Lo studio giustificato dall'importanza dell'Agente Sanitario di Comunit (ACS) nella Strategia Sanitaria della Famiglia (FSE), perch questo operatore sanitario legato alla comunit assistita, essendo sia un residente della comunit che un professionista della salute, e perch in costante interazione con gli utenti di questo servizio sanitario pubblico. La metodologia applicata quella della ricerca qualitativa, che utilizza come strumenti metodologici le interviste semi-strutturate e l'osservazione partecipante. Per l'analisi del discorso sono stati utilizzati anche riferimenti etnografici. I risultati ottenuti indicano che i processi educativi basati sull'Educazione Popolare alla Salute hanno luogo nella pratica professionale dei CHA.
