This work aimed to perform a diagnosis of environmental impacts on a rural property in the municipality of Pombal-PB, as well as to propose environmental control measures. For the execution of this study, it was made use of field visits, bibliographical research, photodocumentation and satellite images. A description of anthropic activities in the study area was made taking into account the last 10 years, and a simplified environmental diagnosis was performed. For the identification of environmental impacts, the Ad Hoc, Check-List and Interaction Matrices methods were used. The environmental control measures were proposed based on research in technical and scientific literature. According to the results, a total of 26 environmental impacts were identified, being 20 significant and 06 non-significant. The impacts were found mainly in the abiotic and anthropic environments. Among the main measures proposed for the environmental control of significant impacts are: avoid burning, reduce or cease the use of pesticides and avoid deforestation.

Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, eine Diagnose der Umweltauswirkungen auf einem l ndlichen Grundst ck in der Gemeinde Pombal-PB durchzuf hren und Ma nahmen zur Umweltkontrolle vorzuschlagen. F r die Durchf hrung dieser Studie wurden Feldbegehungen, Literaturrecherchen, Fotodokumentationen und Satellitenbilder herangezogen. Die Beschreibung der anthropogenen Aktivit ten im Untersuchungsgebiet erfolgte unter Ber cksichtigung der letzten 10 Jahre, und es wurde eine vereinfachte Umweltdiagnose durchgef hrt. F r die Ermittlung der Umweltauswirkungen wurden die Ad-hoc-Methode, die Checkliste und die Interaktionsmatrizen verwendet. Die Umweltkontrollma nahmen wurden auf der Grundlage von Recherchen in der technischen und wissenschaftlichen Literatur vorgeschlagen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass insgesamt 26 Umweltauswirkungen festgestellt wurden, von denen 20 erheblich und 06 nicht erheblich sind. Die Auswirkungen wurden haupts chlich in der abiotischen und anthropogenen Umwelt festgestellt. Zu den wichtigsten Ma nahmen, die zur Kontrolle der erheblichen Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt vorgeschlagen werden, geh ren: Vermeidung von Verbrennungen, Reduzierung oder Einstellung des Einsatzes von Pestiziden und Vermeidung von Abholzung.

Questo lavoro aveva lo scopo di eseguire una diagnosi degli impatti ambientali su una propriet rurale nel comune di Pombal-PB, cos come di proporre misure di controllo ambientale. Per l'esecuzione di questo studio, si fatto uso di visite sul campo, ricerche bibliografiche, fotodocumentazione e immagini satellitari. La descrizione delle attivit antropiche nell'area di studio stata fatta prendendo in considerazione gli ultimi 10 anni, ed stata fatta una diagnosi ambientale semplificata. Per l'identificazione degli impatti ambientali, sono stati utilizzati i metodi Ad Hoc, Check-List e Matrici di Interazione. Le misure di controllo ambientale sono state proposte sulla base di ricerche nella letteratura tecnica e scientifica. Secondo i risultati, un totale di 26 impatti ambientali sono stati identificati, essendo 20 significativi e 06 non significativi. Gli impatti sono stati trovati principalmente negli ambienti abiotici e antropici. Tra le principali misure proposte per il controllo ambientale degli impatti significativi ci sono: evitare la combustione, ridurre o cessare l'uso di pesticidi ed evitare la deforestazione.
