Es besteht ein echter Bedarf an Wissen, das eine saubere Landwirtschaft unterst tzt. Die Kenntnis der Umwelt und der Wechselwirkungen, die zwischen Organismen in Agrar kosystemen auftreten k nnen, ist wichtig, wenn wir landwirtschaftliche Kulturen in Anbaufl chen rationell bewirtschaften wollen. Zu den bestehenden Wechselwirkungen geh rt die Allelopathie, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Umwelt chemische Verbindungen zugef gt werden, die eine Pflanze gegen ber einer anderen hemmen oder stimulieren. Ausgehend von der Annahme, dass das Vorhandensein von Spontanpflanzen die pflanzliche Produktion verringern kann, weil sie um Licht, Wasser und N hrstoffe konkurrieren, wenn diese Ressourcen begrenzt sind, ist es wichtig, das Verhalten zu kennen, das eine Art in Gegenwart einer anderen zeigt. Dieses Wissen kann als Grundlage f r die Planung von Agrar kosystemen dienen und dazu beitragen, h here Ertr ge bei geringerem externen Input zu erzielen. Durch die Ver ffentlichung dieser Ergebnisse machen wir weitere Fortschritte beim Aufbau von Wissen und sauberen Technologien f r eine nachhaltige Lebensmittelproduktion.

The need for knowledge that supports clean agriculture is real. Knowing the environment and the interactions that can occur between organisms in agroecosystems is important if we are to rationally manage agricultural crops in cultivated areas. Among the existing interactions, we can mention allelopathy, which is characterised by adding chemical compounds to the environment that have an inhibitory or stimulating effect on one plant over another. Based on the premise that the presence of spontaneous plants can reduce crop production by competing for light, water and nutrients when these resources are limited, it is important to know the behaviour that species show in the presence of others. This knowledge can serve as a basis for schematising agro-ecosystem designs and can contribute to obtaining higher yields with a reduction in external inputs. By publicising these results, we continue to make progress in building knowledge and clean technologies for sustainable food production.

La necessit di conoscenze a sostegno di un'agricoltura pulita reale. Conoscere l'ambiente e le interazioni che possono verificarsi tra gli organismi negli agroecosistemi importante se vogliamo gestire razionalmente le colture agricole nelle aree coltivate. Tra le interazioni esistenti, possiamo citare l'allelopatia, caratterizzata dall'aggiunta di composti chimici all'ambiente che hanno un effetto inibitorio o stimolante su una pianta rispetto a un'altra. Partendo dalla premessa che la presenza di piante spontanee pu ridurre la produzione vegetale competendo per la luce, l'acqua e i nutrienti quando queste risorse sono limitate, importante conoscere il comportamento che le specie mostrano in presenza di altre. Questa conoscenza pu servire come base per schematizzare i progetti di agroecosistemi e pu contribuire a ottenere rese pi elevate con una riduzione degli input esterni. Con la divulgazione di questi risultati, continuiamo a fare progressi nella costruzione di conoscenze e tecnologie pulite per una produzione alimentare sostenibile.

Aufgrund fehlender wirksamer ffentlicher Ma nahmen, technischer Unterst tzung und mangelnder Kenntnisse der Landwirte ber geeignete Verarbeitungstechniken und Mindestanforderungen f r die Lebensmittelproduktion entsprechen diese Produktionsst tten jedoch nicht den hygienischen Standards der brasilianischen Gesetzgebung und stellen mit ihren Produkten von geringer mikrobiologischer Qualit t ein Gesundheitsrisiko f r die Verbraucher dar. Come alternativa allo sviluppo delle comunit rurali di agricoltori familiari, si assistito alla nascita di diverse iniziative agroalimentari, il cui obiettivo principale quello di aggiungere valore alle materie prime provenienti dai campi attraverso la trasformazione. Tuttavia, a causa della mancanza di politiche pubbliche efficaci, di assistenza tecnica e del basso livello di istruzione degli agricoltori in merito alle tecniche di lavorazione adeguate e alle condizioni minime corrette per la produzione alimentare, si constatato che queste unit di produzione non rispettano gli standard igienico-sanitari stabiliti dalla legislazione brasiliana e realizzano prodotti di bassa qualit microbiologica, rappresentando cos un rischio per la salute dei consumatori. Pertanto, questo lavoro presenta un caso di studio in un'unit di produzione familiare ad Abaetetuba, nello stato del Par , mostrando come un programma di buone pratiche di fabbricazione possa essere sviluppato e implementato in imprese economiche solidali, promuovendo lo sviluppo rurale e miglioramenti nella qualit del prodotto finale.

As an alternative for the development of rural communities of family farmers, several agri-food enterprises have emerged, whose main objective is to add value to raw materials from the countryside through processing. However, due to a lack of effective public policies, technical assistance, and low levels of education among farmers regarding proper processing techniques and minimum conditions for food production, these manufacturing units do not meet the hygiene and sanitary standards established by Brazilian law and produce products of low microbiological quality, thus posing a risk to consumer health. This work presents a case study of a family production unit in Abaetetuba in the state of Par , showing how a program of good manufacturing practices can be developed and implemented in solidarity-based economic enterprises, promoting rural development and improvements in the quality of the final product.
