Il s'agit d'un rapport de stage ayant t conduit sur un an, allant du 1 juin 2018 au 14 mai 2019 dans le centre de sant de r f rence de Youwarou, r gion de Mopti au Mali.Ce stage avait pour objet de confirmer les aptitudes morales et intellectuelles du stagiaire l'accomplissement d'une carri re administrative.Il a port sur: - Les activit s m dico-chirurgicales du Centre savoir les consultations externes, les hospitalisations, les r f rences/ vacuations et la chirurgie;- la supervision des activit s des aires de sant du district;- La mise en oeuvre des diff rents programmes de sant .- Les pathologies m dicales les plus rencontr es sont le paludisme grave, les pathologies cardio-vasculaires et les pathologies infectieuses comme les broncho-pneumopathies et les gastro ent rites.- Les activit s de chirurgie taient domin es par la c sarienne 105 / 120.- Des activit s de supervision ont t men es par le stagiaire.

Increased humanely use of Toxic Heavy Metals such as Lead (Pb), Cadmium (Cd), Mercury (Hg) and Arsenic (As) and their access to the marine environment has caused much concern over the last century. These Toxic Heavy Metals known in the marine environment may lead to toxic effects, even if they are relatively low concentrations at present in living organisms. In this study, the samples were collected from the three different Cities of Yemeni coasts. The Cities are named as Al-Hodaeidah, Aden and AL-Mukalla, the trial was undertaken for the period of seasons: winter 2011, summer 2012 and winter 2013. Fresh samples were procured from the showrooms for sale at the public auction adjacent to the fishing grounds. Four species of fish were collected and analyzed: (emperor) Lethrinus mahsena, (Longtail tuna) Thunnus tonggol, (Pickhandle Barracuda) Sphyraena jello and (Areolate grouper) Epinephelus areolatus. The samples were as follows: 81 samples of Filtered Surface Seawater, Sediment and 324 fish samples (for Muscle, Lver and Gills) ), Which were digested using appropriate acids, tools and different methods, and then measured the concentrations of heavy metals.
