En el presente libro se intenta encontrar las m ltiples causas que provocaron en el per odo 2008-2010 la crisis y el posterior cierre de la Autopartista Paran Metal en la ciudad de Villa Constituci n, Santa Fe, dejando un saldo de 600 trabajadores despedidos. El paro que los trabajadores realizaron por 14 d as en mayo-junio de 2010 y la ltima huelga donde los obreros se mantuvieron por 33 d as cortando la autopista Rosario-Buenos Aires en la intersecci n de Villa Constituci n en septiembre del mismo a o, fueron cruciales para comprender el desenlace final. A trav s de entrevistas, se analiz el accionar y el margen de negociaci n que tuvo el gremio junto a los trabajadores y las caracter sticas particulares de las dos gerencias que dirigieron la autopartista en ese per odo. La investigaci n tambi n da cuenta de la influencia de la implementaci n del modelo econ mico Neoliberal en la Argentina en la d cada del 70, para observar la crisis estructural del sector automotriz legitimada por un modelo de acumulaci n capitalista mundial que entra en crisis en 2008.

Public policies are important variables in the development of a society. The understanding of public policy, the perception of development and the types of indicators used to assess development have advanced over time, no longer being initially identified by the economic success, moving on to the socioeconomic and, currently, focused on the systemic bias, clothing that incorporates more complex dimensions than the economic and social dimensions. However, there are public policies that still do not adopt these changes, either by government choice, or because they suffer some constraints - such as the institutional weight that can be explained by the theoretical current called historical institutionalism - or other factors. Thus, our objective is to analyse the Paran Development Policy (2008-2011) from the neoinstitutionalist perspective, understand the context of elaboration of this government policy and recognise the concepts and development indicators used.

Mit dem Ziel, den in der Gewerkschaftspresse praktizierten Journalismus zu er rtern, ist diese Studie, die das Ergebnis einer Master-Forschung im Bereich Journalismus ist, die im Rahmen des Aufbaustudiengangs f r Journalismus an der Staatlichen Universit t Ponta Grossa (UEPG) durchgef hrt wurde, das Ergebnis einer Analyse, die darauf abzielte, die Merkmale des zeitgen ssischen Gewerkschaftsjournalismus auf der Grundlage von Ver ffentlichungen von sechs Gewerkschaftsorganisationen, die Arbeitnehmer in Paran vertreten, zu identifizieren. Diese Arbeit wurde auf der theoretischen Grundlage von Otto Groth (2011) entwickelt, der den Journalismus als eine menschliche Kulturproduktion anerkennt, und unter der Anleitung der umfassenden, von Weber inspirierten Methode zum Verst ndnis des Journalismus. In Bezug auf den zeitgen ssischen Gewerkschaftsjournalismus zeigt diese Untersuchung auf der Grundlage der analysierten Gewerkschaftspublikationen, dass die Gewerkschaftspresse durch die f hrende Rolle der Gewerkschaftsorganisation selbst bei den behandelten Themen und durch den Gewerkschaftsvorstand als vorherrschende Stimme in den Zeitungen gekennzeichnet ist.

More than a century old, the trade union press plays a fundamental role in the history of class struggles as an instrument for defending the ideals and causes of workers in Brazil. With the aim of debating the journalism practised in the trade union press, this study, the result of master's research in journalism carried out at the Postgraduate Programme in Journalism at the State University of Ponta Grossa (UEPG), is the result of an analysis that sought to identify characteristics of contemporary trade union journalism, based on publications from six trade union bodies representing workers in Paran . This work was developed on the theoretical basis of Otto Groth (2011), who recognises journalism as a human cultural production, and under the guidance of the comprehensive method, inspired by Weber, for understanding journalism. In terms of contemporary trade union journalism, based on the trade union publications analysed, this research points out that the trade union press is characterised by the leading role played by the trade union body itself in the topics covered and by the trade union executive board as the predominant voice in the newspapers.

Con oltre un secolo di vita, la stampa sindacale svolge un ruolo fondamentale nella storia delle lotte di classe come strumento di difesa degli ideali e delle cause dei lavoratori in Brasile. Con l'obiettivo di discutere il giornalismo praticato nella stampa sindacale, questo studio, frutto di un master in giornalismo svolto presso il Programma di Specializzazione in Giornalismo dell'Universit Statale di Ponta Grossa (UEPG), il risultato di un'analisi che ha cercato di identificare le caratteristiche del giornalismo sindacale contemporaneo, basandosi sulle pubblicazioni di sei organismi sindacali che rappresentano i lavoratori del Paran . Questo lavoro stato sviluppato sulla base teorica di Otto Groth (2011), che riconosce il giornalismo come una produzione culturale umana, e sotto la guida del metodo globale, ispirato a Weber, per la comprensione del giornalismo. Per quanto riguarda il giornalismo sindacale contemporaneo, sulla base delle pubblicazioni sindacali analizzate, la ricerca evidenzia che la stampa sindacale caratterizzata dal ruolo di primo piano svolto dall'organismo sindacale stesso nei temi trattati e dal comitato esecutivo del sindacato come voce predominante nei giornali.

Characteristic to the work of Eindhoven-based artist Erwin Thomasse is a visual language that is seemingly sensational, citing trendy pop cultural eclecticism: whatever ’works’ does the trick: fast, imprudent, short-tempered and bombastic. Although Thomasse has origins in graffiti, he spiritually transcends this ego–branding, opting for an expressed sphere of robust, naive and fundamental (pseudo)spiritualism. In so doing, he voices another side of our humanity, part of our being: our hidden desire to get bewitched, to be seduced by the unconscious or unrecognised, even the superstitious proposal. By sheer display, repositioning, refocus and reconfiguration of the spiritual within pop, he touches upon our present day experience economy as a system of beliefs. By attributing icons via supposed signifiers, and using intensity of appearance via bombastic aesthetics, these icons become object of both spiritual and surreal experience. Can the spiritual prosper in an experience economy ruled by popular culture? And what is the role of the spiritual anyway? In 38 under par and 11 holes-in-one, Thomasse targets the imaginary order of megalomania. Is this a creative or destructive force? Does a megalomaniac like Kim Jong- il take others along in an upsurge or does he plunge them in a downward spiral? How do we relate to forces of this magnitude? Alongside the exhibit, a publication will be launched that will try and add perspectives and structures to this domain of the popular and the spiritual, of the sane and the insane. Bart Plantenga, DJ, journalist and novelist, will awaken the attributed fiction within our lives. Freek Lomme, director of Onomatopee, will elaborate on the status of ’what’s hot’ and ’what’s not’.
