My main reason for writing this book is to expose incest, molestation and how it's swept under the rug in our community. I also want people to understand that sweeping trauma under the rug doesn't help. Continually going unaddressed, trauma affects us throughout adulthood and can greatly interfere with our destiny. My hope is that through telling my story others will identify how trauma affects them and take the necessary steps to heal. I am proof that God is a Healer
