This book is focused on fabrication of composite material with powder metallurgy. It also includes the hardness test for finding the mechanical properties & machining operation for getting optimize MRR. With the help of SEM, EDS and hardness test Micro structure and properties were investigated to know effect of sintering temperature and time composite materials. The micrographs of Cu-graphite reflect the clean interface and good compatibility between matrix and reinforcement. The result showed that Cu- SiC composite is having more uniform structure visualized after the sintering, everywhere reinforcement material located in base material. Machining of fabricated composite Cu-SiC is more easy compare than other because it is having more material removal rate (MRR). The results obtained by this research will be useful for various Manufacturing Industries and researchers working in this field.

Der Mechanismus von Theo Jansen, der aus elf Stangenverbindungen besteht, reproduziert ein gleichm iges Laufmuster, das als Gangart bezeichnet wird. Parallele Bewegungen werden h ufig in schweren Maschinen verwendet und wurden k rzlich in einem biologischen Bewegungsmodell hervorgehoben. Aufgrund des Singularit tsproblems gibt die geschlossene Schleifenverbindung nur die Trajektorie eines entworfenen Endeffektors wieder, von dem man annimmt, dass er weniger ver nderlich ist. Die Singularit t des modifizierten Theo-Jansen-Mechanismus wurde in dieser Studie durch die Einf hrung des parametrischen Orbits als neuer Freiheitspunkt im Gelenkzentrum angegangen, und die Mehrk rperdynamik wurde zur Untersuchung seiner Kinematik und Dynamik (MBD) verwendet. In der numerischen Simulation wurde die Erweiterbarkeit des Mechanismus in Bezug auf die Flexibilit t der Gangtrajektorien eindeutig nachgewiesen, was zu neuartigen funktionalen Gangtrajektorien f hrte, die durch zwei Kontrollparameter gesteuert werden, die die Form des parametrischen Ovals im Gelenkzentrum ver ndern.

En raison du probl me de singularit , la connexion en boucle ferm e ne donne que la trajectoire d'un effecteur con u, qui est cens tre moins modifiable. La singularit du m canisme Theo Jansen modifi a t abord e dans cette tude en introduisant l'orbite param trique comme nouveau point de libert au centre de l'articulation, et la dynamique multi-corps a t utilis e pour examiner sa cin matique et sa dynamique (MBD).
