This is a book I have always wanted to write. As I have spent quality time studying and meditating on the love of God, my mind has been overwhelmed by just how great God's love is. In fact, the Bible is the greatest love story of the Creator of the heavens and the earth reaching out to His creation to pour His love into their hearts. God is love and love is God. That is His nature and that is Who He is. We cannot separate Him from Who He is - Love. He lives, He breathes and He talks love. His actions throughout the Scriptures are motivated by His nature, which is Love. Love is God's Personality. That's a powerful truth to meditate on. From the books of Genesis to Revelation, God's holy book is filled with His love story to humanity. I pray that your heart will be opened to receive God's overwhelming love. One of my greatest desires from now on until the Lord calls me back to glory is to talk about His love. The world does not need to be preached to but loved into the Kingdom of God. I believe that when we truly understand and appropriate the love of God in our hearts and lives, and start practicing His love to our neighbors, the world will be a different place to live in.Receive His love as you read this book and don't forget to read the God's greatest ever Love story book, the Bible.

Decolonizing the Diet challenges the common claim that Native American communities were decimated after 1492 because they lived in “Virgin Soils” that were biologically distinct from those in the Old World. Comparing the European transition from Paleolithic hunting and gathering with Native American subsistence strategies before and after 1492, the book offers a new way of understanding the link between biology, ecology and history. Synthesizing the latest work in the science of nutrition, immunity and evolutionary genetics with cutting-edge scholarship on the history of indigenous North America, Decolonizing the Diet highlights a fundamental model of human demographic destruction: human populations have been able to recover from mass epidemics within a century, whatever their genetic heritage. They fail to recover from epidemics when their ability to hunt, gather and farm nutritionally dense plants and animals is diminished by war, colonization and cultural destruction. The history of Native America before and after 1492 clearly shows that biological immunity is contingent on historical context, not least in relation to the protection or destruction of long-evolved nutritional building blocks that underlie human immunity.

Copa America: The History of the World's Oldest Continental Football Tournament tells the Copa's fascinating story from its origins on the banks of the River Plate to Richarlison's last goal of the 2019 final in the Maracana. Di Stefano, Pele, Maradona, Neymar and Messi are just some of the players to have graced a tournament that pre-dates the World Cup by 14 years and the European Championships by half a century. On the pitch, there are fist fights, dubious refereeing decisions and sublime football. Off it, there is a South American backdrop of war, military coups, earthquakes, dictators, corruption and Marxist guerrillas. Through interviews with historians and former players, Copa America places the tournament in that turbulent history, looking, for example, at the contribution of black players in the early editions, and the long shadow cast by military juntas in the 1970s and 80s. The Copa sunk into oblivion in those dark years, but has bounced back to become one of the greatest football tournaments in the world.
International Criminal Justice

International Criminal Justice

What is international criminal justice? The authors of this book set out a framework for understanding international criminal justice in all its facets. Considering both definition and content, the authors argue for its treatment as a holistic field of study, rather than a by-product of international criminal law. Adopting a multidisciplinary approach, this book draws on a range of legal and extra-legal disciplines. Whilst addressing crucial legal questions throughout, it also considers the role and impact of politics, history, psychology, terrorism, transitioning society, and even the idea of hope in how we understand international criminal justice. Challenging many of the prevalent paradigms of thinking in this area, Gideon Boas and Pascale Chifflet explore whether it is possible to reconcile some of the enduring intellectual conflict, such as whether and how retributive and restorative approaches to justice can co-exist. Written by leading academics who themselves are also practitioners in the field, this unique work performs a significant role in defining and explaining international criminal justice, and as such will be important reading for scholars and practitioners, as well as providing an entry point for students in a classroom environment.
My life, Soccer and my faith

I grew up as a young boy in East Africa, in a country called Kenya. Had the same challenges and difficulties that every young boy faces growing up in Africa. I grew up in a Christian home. My parents were full-time ministers of the Gospel with The Salvation Army Evangelical organization. I am the fourth born in a family of three older sisters and three younger brothers. Seven of us grew up in the same home where the fear of God, discipline and respect for authority was emphasized. I really can't remember a day we missed church as a family. I can't remember a day we did not have family devotion every night before we went to bed. These are small and important things that my parents emphasized in our lives that gave us the foundation for life that has helped us over the years. They taught us to put God first in our lives and that form of discipline has stayed with most of my family members. My parents are now both deceased. However, the legacy and upbringing that they impacted in our lives has made us who we are today. "Thank you dad and mom for your tireless efforts to bring us up in the best way you thought for us." As a result of their assignments as Salvation Army ministers of the Gospel, we travelled and lived in different parts of Kenya. I was born in the Coastal port town of Mombasa. My younger brothers Andrew and Bramwel were born in Nakuru. Peter Mwololo was born in Tesoland, Western Kenya. My older sisters: Florence and Tru Mwololo were born in Bunyore, Kenya. Catherine was born in Nakuru too. Do you see the diversity even in our places of birth? Although we speak Kamba as our ethnic tribe, we were born in parts of Kenya that speak different dialects than the one we speak. We therefore grew up speaking different tribes in respect to the places where our parents were on their mission assignments. We were kind of missionaries in Kenya. This book is about my life with family, the popular game of soccer and how it influenced my life, and my faith in God and My Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I believe my family life, my career as a semi-pro soccer player and my faith have made me who I am today. This book is also about people who grew were around me, including my family members, soccer mates right from junior high, high school, during my employment period and playing at top flight and International levels of soccer.I pray that as you read this book, you will be encouraged and motivated to realize that your life has a purpose no matter what your upbringing is and where you were born. You have a story to tell and you are not just an accident going to happen somewhere. Write your own autobiography to encourage and help somebody who feels like they have no identity in this life.
Fighting Spiritual Hosts of Wickedness: The Whole Armor of God
"Effective spiritual warfare is a function of the life we live," says Gideon A. Oladepo in his latest book, Fighting Spiritual Hosts of Wickedness: The Whole Armor of God. Drawing richly from both Scripture and his own experiences, Pastor Oladepo analyzes the various pieces of spiritual armor described by the Apostle Paul in the sixth chapter of Ephesians. In the process he provides words of spiritual enlightenment, encouragement, and exhortation for often weary Christian soldiers. (c) 2019 Gideon A. Oladepo and Gerizim Publishing Services.
