"How many times will I have to save you before our story is done?"Her eyes were full of tears when she first thought of that she admitted later, but I didn't notice at the time. I didn't know then she had been to my graveside after our first meeting and it was only then she decided she couldn't live with the knowledge of my lonely, pointless death and all the deaths that followed.
From the past to the present, we all share the same fears. The same insecurities and anxieties. These create obsessions that changes us as the years pass. They alter us, until we become something different.Something beautifully damaged and unique. And turn us into the wreckage we all are today.
Every time we wake up it is another tiny miracle we take for granted.Everything around me feels random and eclectic, completely at the mercy of the chaos that surrounds us all and it overwhelms me to the point where I have to be alone. And when anyone tries to speak to me of Heaven and Hell or how bad this earth can be rather than simply embracing it and accept it for what it is - A mess of unending perfection we have no control over - this is what I tell them:"We've already been handed Heaven and look at what we've done to it."
The earth is broken and fragmented, unable to properly function now in the way that was intended. The schism is palpable as people destroy it through their love and fear of imaginary Gods."We need to fix what we have, before we create something new." She says."I know." I say, holding her to me as we study the earth. I am Alex Midwinter,From Awakening, to Ascension and finally DivinityThe Godhead is Born

The thought of doing something to him outside of office hours has occurred to me more than once, but he's trying to help me so I can't. Fibre reinforced composite materials are showing sustained growth in an ever widening range of applications from food trays to spacecraft as well as contributing to resolving environmental problems, including enabling the forthcoming hydrogen economy to be realised. This second edition of Fundamentals of Fibre Reinforced Composite Materials has been fully updated throughout, providing an authoritative and modern introduction to the topic with a brief history of composite development, a review of composite applications, manufacture and markets, types of fibres and matrices used, and their properties with a detailed introduction into the computer simulation of composite behaviour. With extensive sets of sample problems accompanying each chapter, this book is ideally suited to undergraduate and graduate students of materials science, structural, mechanical, and aeronautical engineering, polymer science, metallurgy, and other courses. It will also be of use as a reference to researchers and engineers working with composite materials and material scientists in general.Features: Presents thorough discussions on composite history, composite applications and markets, types of fibres and resins used, and their respective properties Relates mathematical concepts to the structure of the material under discussion leading to the quantitative evaluation of safety factors Provides numerous sets of sample problems in each chapter

This book is an identification guide to the arthropods (insects, mites, ticks, etc.) which affect the health of people and their domestic animals. It is designed for practical use on the laboratory bench and in the field. Coverage of organisms is world-wide, allowing the student to become familiar with and identify to genus level, all types of medical and veterinary pests.
In developed market economies with intensive animal production systems, such as The Netherlands, many new feedstuffs have been introduced as part of the diets of ruminant and monogastric animals. These new feedstuffs are often by-products of human food processing. It is important that these by-products and also the by-products from wastes are properly evaluated with regard to the possibilities of incor porating them into livestock diets. Research on the subject of feed from waste, its processing and its use in the nutrition of poultry has increased considerably during the last decade. The Department of Animal Nutrition of Wageningen Agricul tural University (WAU), Wageningen, The Netherlands, in close co operation with the Poultry Feeding and the Processing Industry, has been active in this field. In order to update research and to expedite further work in this field, a comprehensive review of the literature on the subject of feed from waste was made. Such a study would not only bring the industry up to date on the subject but could also indicate specific topics which may be of great value for developing market economies. Poultry scientists and technologists suggested that a review would fill a need as a reference and textbook, not only for the industry but also for undergraduates and graduates of agricultural colleges and extension services all over the world.
