Wykorzystanie źr del slonej wody do nawadniania może, w zależności od jej skladu, negatywnie zmienic wlaściwości fizyczne i chemiczne gleby oraz, w zależności od sposobu jej zastosowania, spowodowac zmiany w fizjologicznych, biochemicznych i molekularnych procesach wzrostu roślin. W tym kontekście celem bylo zbadanie wplywu nawadniania sloną wodą (ECa) na wydajnośc upraw na reprezentatywnych glebach Agropolis Mossor -Assu. Pierwszy eksperyment zostal przeprowadzony w szklarni Wydzialu Nauk o Środowisku UFERSA, Mossor -RN, od maja do czerwca 2010 roku, z wykorzystaniem ż ltego melona. Zastosowano calkowicie losowy projekt w ukladzie czynnikowym 5x6, z trzema powt rzeniami. Badanymi czynnikami bylo pięc rodzaj w gleby: RQ, PVAe, CXve, RY i VX oraz sześc poziom w zasolenia wody do nawadniania (0,5; 1,0; 2,0; 3,0, 4,0 i 5,0 dS m-1). Drugie doświadczenie przeprowadzono w ukladzie czynnikowym 2x3x5 z trzema powt rzeniami, przy użyciu dw ch rodzaj w gleby (PVAe i CXve), trzech poziom w zasolenia (0,5; 2,75 i 5,0 dS m-1) i pięciu upraw: melona, fasoli, sorgo, kukurydzy i papryki.
