A Ozonoterapia tem sido mais ben fica do que as actuais modalidades terap uticas convencionais que seguem uma aplica o minimamente invasiva e conservadora ao tratamento dent rio. A exposi o dos mecanismos moleculares do ozono beneficia ainda mais a fun o pr tica na medicina dent ria. O tratamento de pacientes com ozonoterapia diminui o tempo de tratamento com uma imensa varia o e erradica a contagem bacteriana mais especificamente. O tratamento indolor e aumenta a tolerabilidade e realiza o dos pacientes com efeitos adversos m nimos. A contra-indica o deste m todo controverso nunca deve ser esquecida.
Contrary to traditional medicine modalities such as disinfectants and antibiotics, Ozone is quite economical which will make a marked reduction in medical cost and invalidity. Dentistry is presently improving with the induction of modern science into practice. Ozone therapy has been more beneficial than present conventional therapeutic modalities which follow a minimally invasive and conservative application to dental treatment. The exposition of molecular mechanisms of ozone further benefits practical function in dentistry. Treating patients with ozone therapy lessens the treatment time with an immense deal of variation and it eradicates the bacterial count more specifically. The treatment is painless and increases the patients' tolerability and fulfillment with minimal adverse effects. Contraindication of this controversial method should never be forgotten.
Bio-activities of A1 and A2 Milk Derived Casein Hydrolysates

Cow milk consists of casein and whey protein that representing 80% and 20% of whole milk protein respectively. Casein is deemed the major source of essential amino acids and has high biological value. Casein consists of four fractions, namely αs1, αs2, β and κ-casein. β-casein consists of 209 amino acids and has two variants A1 and A2 on the basis of the presence of amino acid at the 67th position. A1 type consists of histidine at the 67th position whereas A2 consists of proline at the same position. The A1 type variant is present in crossbred and European breeds of cattle whereasA2 the type variant is present in indigenous breeds of cattle in India. Enzymatic cleavage of A1 βcasein lead to the production of seven amino acid peptide, known as β-casomorphin7 (BCM7), whereas no BCM-7 is produced upon digestion of A2 milk. The aim of the present study was in vitro assessment of antioxidant, antimicrobial, antihypertensive and antidiabetic activities of A1 and A2 milk derived casein hydrolysates.

Die Studie wurde im Zeitraum 2019-2020 in den Distrikten Dharwad, Belagavi und Uttar Kannada in Nord-Karnataka durchgef hrt. Es wurde ein exploratives Forschungsdesign verwendet. Es wurde eine Zufallsstichprobe gezogen, um eine Stichprobe von 120 Familien von Bambushandwerkern auszuw hlen. Die Befragten wurden pers nlich befragt, um die prim ren Informationen mit Hilfe eines selbst strukturierten Interviewplans zu erheben. Die Aktivit ten der Bambusunternehmen wurden haupts chlich von Frauen dominiert (66,66 %), und der Gro teil der Handwerker geh rte der mittleren Altersgruppe an (43,34 %). Die Mehrheit der Befragten besuchte die Grundschule (52,50%) und die Mehrheit der Befragten geh rte einer Kernfamilie an (60,83%). Siebzig Prozent der Handwerker geh rten dem unteren mittleren sozio konomischen Status an. Die k rperliche Toleranz gegen ber Schmerzsymptomen bei der Arbeit war ertr glich, und die H ufigkeit von Schmerzsymptomen im unteren R ckenbereich war recht hoch, und wenn die Befragten Schmerzen in K rperteilen wie Nacken, Schulter und unterem R cken versp rten, beendeten sie vor bergehend ihre Arbeit. Es bestand ein positiver und hochsignifikanter Zusammenhang zwischen der Schmerzh ufigkeit und den Schneid- und Abisoliert tigkeiten.

Les activit s des entreprises de bambou taient principalement domin es par les femmes (66,66 %) et la plupart des artisans appartenaient au groupe d' ge moyen (43,34 %). La majorit des personnes interrog es ont fr quent l' cole primaire (52,50 %) et la majorit d'entre elles appartiennent une famille nucl aire (60,83 %). Le niveau de tol rance corporelle aux sympt mes des probl mes li s la douleur pendant le travail tait supportable et la fr quence des probl mes li s la douleur tait assez fr quente dans le bas du dos, et lorsque les personnes interrog es ressentaient une douleur dans les parties du corps telles que le cou, les paules et le bas du dos, elles interrompaient temporairement leur travail. Il existe une relation positive et hautement significative entre la fr quence de la douleur et les activit s de coupe et de d capage.

As actividades empresariais no sector do bambu eram principalmente dominadas por mulheres (66,66%) e a maior parte dos artes os pertencia ao grupo da meia-idade (43,34%). A maioria dos inquiridos frequentou a escola prim ria (52,50%) e a maioria dos inquiridos pertencia a uma fam lia nuclear (60,83%). Setenta por cento dos artes os pertenciam a um estatuto socioecon mico m dio-baixo. O n vel de toler ncia do corpo aos sintomas de problemas relacionados com a dor durante o trabalho era suport vel e a frequ ncia dos problemas relacionados com a dor era bastante frequente na regi o lombar, e quando os inquiridos sentiam dor em partes do corpo como o pesco o, o ombro e a regi o lombar, interrompiam temporariamente o trabalho. Verificou-se uma rela o positiva e altamente significativa entre a frequ ncia da dor e as actividades de corte e decapagem.

The mapping of the history and trajectory of Indian modern art is a project begun only in recent years and included in it is the recovery of lesser known names and moments from under the shadow of a few dominant ones.
