Il presente libro tratta i meccanismi multifattoriali, l'utilit e le questioni relative all'utilizzo delle piante delle zone umide e alla loro applicazione nel fitorimedio per la rimozione dei metalli pesanti dalle zone umide naturali e artificiali. Soil plays an important role in forestry. Rain water running off trees gets trapped in the soil like a sponge where it is retained for trees and plants as a water source. This also serves to limit water run-off into streams and filters various minerals and impurities from the water before it hits streams and rivers. Plant life including trees is essential for maintaining the integrity of the soil. If plants are removed (deforestation due to fire) then the soil is more at risk for erosion. Hence, management of natural and plantation forest soil ecosystem is essential. Research programmes at FC&RI, Mettupalayam by the faculties and scholars are commendable and the technologies are readily accepted by the farming community. With a view to compile the research findings in forest soils emanated from the projects operated at FC &RI, the credit seminar has been planned and contemplated. The book titled Service Strategies as Service Quality and Servicescape for Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in Super Markets: A case in Jaffna District, Sri Lanka. The Book would helpful to find the impact and the relationship among the factors such as Service Quality, ServiceScape, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in Super Market sector. Service Quality and Servicescape as Service Strategies as Major Variables (Independent variable) and Customer Loyalty as Dependent Variable and Customer Satisfaction as mediating variable as the model in this study. This is deductive and quantitative approach is used to find out the casual relationship among the variable in selected area. The population is eight super markets. As sample only three (03) super markets considered and 240 respondents selected as random sampling method. Questionnaires were given equally allocated in each supermarket. Eighty questionnaires per each supermarket and only 218 questionnaires were taken to analysis. Correlation and regression were used to find out the relationship and impact among the variables. ANOVA was used to compare all three supermarkets once and find out the best supermarket.
