Dieser Aussage des chilenischen Biologen und Philosophen Humberto Romes n Maturana folgend bedeutet es, dass Bilder nicht einfach existieren. Sie werden vielmehr erst durch den Rezeptionsprozess im Kopf des Betrachters konstruiert. Jedoch scheint h ufig ein Konsens mehrerer Menschen dar ber zu bestehen, was ein Bild zeigt. Es kann also nicht nur Produkt eines autonomen kreativen Akts sein. Der Prozess des Betrachtens setzt sich, so meine These, vielmehr aus einer Kombination von erlerntem Sehen einerseits und sinnlicher Wahrnehmung andererseits zusammen. Unter dem Aspekt erlerntes Sehen fasse ich die kulturelle Pr gung und somit die Vorstellung von Objektivit tsproduktion, sowie die sthetischen Sehgewohnheiten des Betrachters zusammen. Zugunsten einer einheitlichen Terminologie verwende ich f r den Prozess der sinnlichen Wahrnehmung eines Bildes den Begriff subjektives Sehen. Anhand eines allt glichen Beispiels m chte ich das Zusammenspiel beider Sehweisen verdeutlichen: Der Arm ist gebrochen, ich habe es mit eigenen Augen gesehen , berichtet ein M dchen ihrer Mutter, als sie aus dem Behandlungszimmer kommt. Das Kind war beim Reiten vom Pferd gefallen und infolge starker Schmerzen im Unterarm ins Krankenhaus gefahren, um ger ntgt zu werden. Zwar hatte die Mutter schon vor der R ntgenaufnahme vermutet, dass der Arm gebrochen sein k nnte, kann sich dessen aber nun vollkommen sicher sein, nachdem ihr der Arzt den Bruch auf dem R ntgenbild gezeigt hat. Das M dchen bekommt einen Gips und gew hnt sich an den Gedanken, ihren Arm einige Wochen lang nicht mehr normal bewegen zu k nnen. So oder so hnlich ergeht es tagt glich Patienten, die sich infolge des Verdachts

Il est aujourd'hui parfaitement tabli que l'alimentation et l'activit physique sont deux l ments clefs de la pr vention de la prise de poids. D'autre part, le sucre est fr quemment soup onn de favoriser l'hyperphagie et l'ob sit . Ainsi, les industriels, croyant r pondre aux attentes des consommateurs, ont mis au point des dulcorants intenses. Ces produits ont t d velopp's et offerts au public dans le but de remplacer partiellement ou compl tement les sucres dans l'alimentation et ainsi de permettre une baisse sans douleur de la consommation nerg tique. Cependant les dulcorants intenses suscitent de nombreuses interrogations concernant leurs incidences possibles sur l'app tit, la consommation alimentaire et l' volution du poids corporel.
