The truth is that translating books into Arabic was a powerful factor that pushed ancient Arabic criticism forward in the Abbasid era, because literary and critical aspects were transmitted through their translation, which had an impact on the rational movement of criticism. Fundamentals and theories were laid down, logic was used in debate and dialogue, and books were written. Criticism that is rich in scientific and rational approaches established by Arab critics. The impact of this also appeared clear in the development of Arabic criticism, especially the Greek influence (logic and philosophy). The first thing that appeared in their influence was among theologians who saw their urgent need for philosophy to repel the attacks on the Holy Qur'an. Muslim scholars were able, through studying logic and philosophy, and in particular the book (Poetry) and (Rhetoric) for Aristotle to take Arabic criticism out of the purely Arab atmosphere, to broad horizons.

In this day and age, it is essential for the Muslim community and humanity at large to acquire a detailed description of the Best of Creation, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Our Master Muhammad ﷺ, the Messenger of Allah is a book of devotion written from the heart and addressing every heart that yearns to draw closer to best of Allah's creation. In this second volume of the book, the author details the exemplary character traits of our Prophet ﷺ, his devout worship, his noble lineage and progeny, and the blessings of his physical-self and personal effects, and his infallibility in both religious and worldly matters. This expression of Prophetic love and longing was written by the 'Pole of Prophetic love in our times', the venerable saint, Hadith scholar and exegete: Imam ʿAbdallah Sirajuddin al-Husayni His book is an exceptional demonstration of sound scholarship and spiritual realization."O you who love the Messenger of Allah ﷺ Time has isolated us, tribulations have spread amongst us, the charlatans have spoken, and many people have preoccupied themselves with that which relieves neither hunger nor thirst. We have lost the warmth of the love of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, the warmth that those who love him feel, and which those who yearn for him desperately seek, and in the beauty of which the most knowledgeable ones in Allah lose themselves. The reality of this love is absent, whilst claims to it are many, and the way of the Companions and the model of their love have been reduced to mere stories and legends. So let us renew our covenant with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and bear the banner of love to the most sincere and lasting love, and the most enduring and faithful reverence, and the brightest and most resplendent light, and the Beloved and Chosen One of Allah." -Shaykh Muhammad b. Yahya al-Ninowy

Modern times have made it even more important that Muslims acquaint themselves with their Prophet ﷺ, not only for the sake of their personal spiritual development, but also for the sake of the religion as a whole. There has perhaps never been a time when the world was more in need of an authentic depiction of the Best of Creation ﷺ. Our Master Muhammad ﷺ, the Messenger of Allah is a unique work discussing the noble qualities and characteristics of the Final Prophet ﷺ in a way that is infused with love and devotion. In the first volume of this book, the author depicts all the fine attributes of our Prophet ﷺ with respect to his physical beauty, his eloquence and wisdom, his exalted status, his sublime character and his mercy ﷺ.This expression of Prophetic love and longing was written by the 'Pole of Prophetic love in our times', the venerable saint, Hadith scholar and exegete: Imam ʿAbdallah Sirajuddin al-Husayni His book is an exceptional demonstration of sound scholarship and spiritual realization."It is as though the Shaykh was looking directly at the Messenger of Allah ﷺ before him as he wrote, deriving his beautiful expressions from the light of his ﷺ countenance, so that by divine providence his insight was opened, and he grazed in the pastures of subtle secrets, uncovering the beauty and perfection of the Messenger's ﷺ character, imbibing the fragrance of the Prophetic Sunna, bathing in the light of the Muhammadan reality and its meanings, and tasting of its fruits, and then gathering all of these illuminations in a work so noble and rarefied that it would not be surprising if it were to be read to a sick person and so cure him." -Shaykh Muhammad b. The Danish Muhammad cartoon conflict

English abstract The “Muhammad crisis,” the “Muhammad Cartoon Crisis,” or “The Jyllands-Posten Crisis” are three different headings used for the global, violent reactions that broke out in early 2006. The cartoon crisis was triggered by the publication of 12 cartoons in the largest Danish daily newspaper Morgenavisen Jyllands-Posten on 30 September 2005 and the Danish governments refusal to meet with 11 concerned ambassadors. However, Jyllands-Posten’s record on covering Islam; the ever growing restrictive identity politics and migration policies and the popular association of Islam with terrorism made it predictable that something drastic would eventually happen, although neither the form of the counter-reaction or the stubborn anti-Islamic forces were unknown. This collection of chapters seeks to fill out some of the most glaring holes in the media coverage and academic treatment of the Muhammad cartoon story. It will do so by situating the conflict more firmly in its proper socio-historical context by drawing on the author’s basic research on the Danish news media’s coverage of ethnic and religious minorities since the mid 1990s. The author uses thick contextualization to analyze this very current theme in IMER studies, which has consequences for most immigrants of non-Western countries to the Nordic countries.
Sira : profeten Muhammads liv och gärning. Volym 1, Mecka

Is the Purpose Criticizing the Marriage of Young Girls or Distorting the Picture of Prophet Muhammad? Most of the Western people are astonished from the fact that the Prophet Peace be upon him married Aisha who was just nine years old while he was fifty. Some of them even called such marriage as rape and some of them condemned it. Not only this, but some of them portrayed the Prophet of Islam Peace be upon him as a man who is sexually suppressed and considered that as the real picture of Islam They have ignored the fact that such marriage in such age in such era was a natural matter, therefore it is clear that they are not criticizing the early marriage of a nine-year-old girl to a fifty-year-old man as much as they are keen to criticize and distort the picture of the Prophet of Islam Peace be upon him and instigate others against him. Accordingly, this undermines their credibility and unveils their false human feelings and malicious intentions under the pretext of defending the rights of woman. If they were really seeking denouncing such marriage, they should have spoken about such marriage as a general phenomenon which appeared before Islam and continued after it and would not focus their criticism on one person as if he was the one who invented such marriage or the first one who applied it or the only one who did it. Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him was born in a society in which early marriage was something ordinary and natural, therefore, he married the way others did. Moreover, his enemies, who tried to kill him, did not use such marriage as a pretext to distort his picture or instigate against him because it was an ordinary matter in such era, and the

This book talks about the possibilities that we have routed through love and devotion. Anyone who knows about the life of Gautama Buddha, is aware that it is possible for everyone to become a Buddha. Buddhahood is not about a person. It is the state of being; state of awareness and a state of compassion.

Muhammad is the prophet and founder of Islam. According to Islamic doctrine, he was God's Messenger, sent to confirm the essential teachings of monotheism preached previously by Adam, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and other prophets. He is viewed as the final prophet of God in all the main branches of Islam, though some modern denominations diverge from this belief. Muhammad united Arabia into a single Muslim polity and his teachings, practices, and the Quran form the basis of Islamic religious belief. This book provides an insight into his life.

'If not now, when?' Hillel, Pirke Avot, I 14. The text edition which I hereby submit to the reader has been my constant companion for much of the last nine odd years. But the relative stability of my main preoccupation contrasted sharply with my wanderings during this same span of time. In fact, for most of it I was more or less constantly on the move, trekking from the Nether lands to Australia and back again, then to the United States, with three excursioru; to Indonesia. On all these trips I carried my notes and kept working on this project, the conclusion of which continued to elude me. Even today I can hardly believe it is allover - and in fact it is not, as this volume will soon be followed by a companion containing a shortened English translation and dealing in much greater detail with the relationship between the Malay Hikayat Muhammad Hanafiyyah, its Persian source and Muslim literature in general. I sincerely regret that technical and financial considerations have combined to make inclusion of the apparatus criticus in this edition impossible. A limited number of copies of this apparatus are avail able on personal application either direct from the author (C/o the Indonesian Department, Monash University, Clayton, Victoria 3168, Australia), or from the Koninklijk Instituut voor Taal-, Land- en Volkenkunde, Stationsplein 10, Leiden, the Netherlands.
