Sarah Orange is in love with the color orange: so much so that she doesn't like to look at any other color. She always wears orange glasses that make everything look orange. Sarah Orange is careful to also eat only orange foods. Will she welcome other colors in or miss out on God's wonderful and beautiful world beyond orange?About the Author Joi Weir doesn't just write for children, but she loves them. She has volunteered at several summer camps for kids and has read Sarah Orange during reading times at schools. She wants every kid to feel special and encourage them to see that there is beauty and joy waiting to grow in all of us. Joi delights to see children smile and laugh as they take a break from life's hardships. Joi wrote her first book in the fourth grade, called Said Sarah. Being Joi's first story, the name Sarah took a place in her heart. Joi doesn't just write to entertain, but with each story she prays each child will see their differences as special and fall in love with God the Father, His Son Jesus and The Holy Spirit. She prays they will seek to find the creature of the fantastic world we live in and experience His love.

Sarah Goes Coastal is the second book by Michael Farley, continuing from The Skinny on Sarah. Sarah is a former lawyer and always an adventurous misfit. She and her deranged companion, Klepto Pearl, have stumbled from one misadventure to another. She uses her pseudo intelligence for financial gain and is constantly tempting the Fates. They and the natural law of reciprocity usually aren't too far away and always seem to catch up.About the AuthorMichael R. Farley was born in Charleston, SC, and has had the benefit of a twin brother. Their young family was constantly changing domiciles throughout their childhood. They were cycled and uprooted from South Carolina to Florida and eventually back to South Carolina. The most enjoyable period of their young childhood was the time that they lived in the Miami area. The twins had a wonderful subtropical world to explore and evolve in. Left to their own devices, the spirited boys were able to develop a world of vivid imagination and acquire lifelong survival skills. After moving back to South Carolina, they eventually became military cadets at Carlisle Military School in Bamberg and graduated from this high school with honors. The self-discipline acquired here and martial atmosphere instilled a sense of toughness and patriotism. Therefore, after graduation the brothers attempted to enlist into the U.S. Army. However, because the Vietnam War was raging and because they were just seventeen years old, the custodial-mother-parent would not give written approval. They consequently enlisted in the USAF and promptly volunteered for combat duty in Vietnam. A year later and after signing a waiver, due to more than one member of a family being in a combat zone, they were sent to Vietnam. They would go on to serve three tours of combat duty there. The profound experiences of this war left an indelible impression on both, as the atypical maturation process was expedited. With the military obligation over, both brothers went to college on the GI Bill and obtained degrees in engineering technology. Both continued in the military via the USAF Reserves and served during Operation Desert Storm, in the first Gulf War. Michael became a senior research analyst for a paper and chemical company. He retired from the military and his civilian job, moving to suburban Atlanta, Georgia, where he now resides. Having eventually lived on three different continents, he became interested in other world cultures and events. He now consumes voluminous daily information, travels, and enjoys the pleasures of therapeutic writing.

In telling Sarah's Alzheimer's Story, the writer takes you back to where it all began in the hills of Kentucky where Sarah was born. You may laugh, cry, or simply wonder as you go with her through her journey of life. The reader will get to know about the strong woman Sarah and how she endures many tragedies. One will find that even though memory loss is a large part of Alzheimer's disease, in Sarah's case, there is so much more.Throughout the story, the writer sometimes takes you back to incidents earlier in Sarah's life. In the writer's opinion, Sarah may be recalling something from the past, causing her to act the way she does. This seems to be especially true when she begins to see or talk to imaginary people. Dealing with this disease is often a struggle for Sarah and her family. But hopefully, you will see the joy in their laughter, the sorrow in their tears, and feel their strong love.It is hard to watch this very strong woman deteriorate mentally, physically, and lose her personality. But this writer believes that there is a reason, even if we do not understand it at the time.

Sarah Sizes Up the Insecure Ant: Feeling Insecure & Learning Confidence
Anxiety and insecurity leave Sarah feeling like a tiny ant in comparison to others. Sarah feels awkward and thinks she doesn't fit in with other kids her age. A piece of bad advice leaves her feeling even worse, but a change in mindset gives her strategies to overcome her social anxiety, make friends, and become a leader with confidence Sarah is an intelligent, quiet school-aged girl. She doesn't quite feel like she fits in with others. She has a peculiar interest in her ant colony, and she feels too nervous to raise her hand or call attention to herself in class. She is anxious about attending a basketball clinic, sure she will embarrass herself in front of the other players. When she walks in on the first day, she exhibits sure signs of insecurity, feeling like others are talking about and laughing at her, blushing, and reluctance to partner with other students. Go back in time when the people who lived in the United States' most recent territory were getting settled. See how times were in the 1880s as these Alaska northerners were living in the years that followed the Civil War. Enjoy the way the families were then, since their way wasn't much different than the people of today as they worked hard to make a living, and get along with others in the community. Robert K. Ryniker was born on November 13th, 1945 in Elmira, N. Y. He is the only child of Harry and Jean Ryniker. He went to Elmira schools, and eventually attended Elmira College, where he wrote a weekly article for the college newspaper for the hockey and other sports programs in his Junior and Senior years. Robert previously wrote two nonfiction books, and decided in 2018 to write his first novel. After doing some research, he wrote his Sarah Shugar story in 2020. He is planning on penning another historical novel.
