Gegenstand dieser Untersuchung ist das Verhaltnis zwischen dem Datenschutz und den Formen des modernen Strafverfahrens, die durch Anwendung neuer und subtiler Ermittlungsmethoden die Gefahren fur die Freiheit und informationelle Selbstbestimmung des einzelnen erhoht haben. Das Problem des Datenschutzes im Strafverfahren wird auf verschiedenen Ebenen analysiert. Der Autor untersucht, wie und inwieweit Argumente der Bekampfung der Organisierten Kriminalitat, d.h. die Diskussion der -Funktionstuchtigkeit der Strafrechtspflege- und das sog. -Grundrecht auf Sicherheit-, eine Rolle bei der Entwicklung der neuen Ermittlungsmethoden im Strafverfahren gespielt haben und in welchem Masse diese Argumente zu einer Reduktion des Datenschutzes gefuhrt haben."

En a os recientes la d rsena de Santa Cruz ha venido mostrando problemas regulatorios en torno a los prestadores de servicios. Se observan subejercicios en las funciones de autoridad, protestas sociales (Redacci n, 2011a, 2011b; Rivera, 2011), comercio informal en el muelle (UMAR, 2015), sobrepoblaci n de embarcaciones (API, 2012), accidentes en la navegaci n y contaminaci n del ambiente marino por derrames o mal manejo de residuos, entre otras problem ticas que generan costos visibles para la seguridad, el medioambiente y para las rentas del turismo n utico, seg n percepci n de los propios usuarios y operadores del muelle.

Com a evolu o dos cuidados em sa de, as Organiza es ligadas a este setor t m investido cada vez mais na preven o das Infe es Associadas aos Cuidados de Sa de, das quais destacamos as Infe es do Local Cir rgico (ILC), estas representam uma das principais Infe es Associadas aos Cuidados de Sa de identificadas em pacientes hospitalizados. Estudaram-se 214 doentes submetidos a coloca o de protese total da anca, com o objetivo de analisar o efeito das medidas implementadas para preven o da ILC em pacientes submetidos a coloca o de Pr tese Total da Anca entre 2014 e 2016 na Unidade Hospitalar do Nordeste. Do total de 214 participantes 56,1% eram do sexo masculino e 43,9% do sexo feminino, apresentavam idades compreendidas entre os 35 e os 87 anos, com uma m dia de 71,04 anos. 20,6% eram obesos, 19,2% apresentavam diabetes e 4,7% eram portadores de ambas as patologias. Conclui- se que ap s a implementa o das bundles a taxa de infe o do local cir rgico teve uma redu o de 28,4 %.
