Obwohl in der spanischen Rezeption vielfach die Erotik als das herausragende Merkmal seiner Kurzerz hlungen gilt, lenkt diese Sichtweise sehr von dem eigentlichen historischen Wert dieses Autors f r die mexikanische Literatur ab, der folgende Generationen auf unterschiedliche Weise nachhaltig gepr gt hat.
