The primary objective of this study is to develop and evaluate low-cost PTC capable of producing warm water for low-temperature applications. A new PTC is designed; which is easy to assemble and transport. Specific facility to accommodate different receiver pipes, various reflector sheets, and different heat transfer fluids. The present design also allows for changing the trough's geometrical dimensions. This design solves the problem of flexible joints applied to the receiver. The design has provisions to attach an automatic tracking system and glass cover.In this study, a prototype of a solar PTC is tested to find experimental, optical and thermal efficiencies. Three different reflectors and three different receiver pipes with and without black graphite paint coating are tested. This study deals with some of the feasible solutions to find out theoretical efficiency, optical efficiency, and intercept factor. The design of experiment technique is used to design and analyze experiments. Experimentation was conducted at a specific location in Godhra, Gujarat, India.

The book presented herein has successfully demonstrated the efficacy of deep eutectic solvents (DES) in the multicomponent synthesis of dihydropyrimidinones. The unique physicochemical properties of DES, particularly their capacity to act as both solvent and catalyst, have significantly expedited the reaction process. This has resulted in a notable reduction in reaction time compared to conventional methods. Furthermore, the post-reaction recyclability of DES highlights its contribution to sustainable chemistry practices. The ability to recover and reuse DES without a decline in performance or yield is a compelling argument for their continued use and development in the field of organic synthesis. This study not only reinforces the versatility of DES in facilitating multicomponent reactions but also underscores their potential in enhancing the environmental friendliness of chemical processes.

In diesem Buch wird die Machbarkeit von industriellen Nebenprodukten, d.h. Marmormehl, untersucht. Marmorpulver wird zur Herstellung eines Betons verwendet. F r die Untersuchung wurden die Betonsorten M20 Standardbeton und Marmorpulver anstelle von Zementbeton ausgew hlt. Die Studie umfasst das Gie en von Marmorpulverbeton und konventionellen Betonproben, die auf ihre Druckfestigkeit, Wasseraufnahme und Dauerhaftigkeit im Alter von 7, 14, 28 bzw. 56 Tagen getestet werden. Daher wird Zement durch Marmorpulver in verschiedenen Anteilen ersetzt, die 0 %, 5 %, 6,5 %, 8 %, 9,5 % und 10 % in Marmorpulverbeton betragen, und die Machbarkeitsstudie soll durchgef hrt werden.
