Radzenie sobie z coraz bardziej konkurencyjnym i dynamicznym otoczeniem wymaga od firm ciąglego przemyślania swoich strategii. W badaniu przyjęto metodę studium przypadku jako projekt badawczy i wybrano Taifa Sacco Society Limited, ponieważ Sacco uzyskalo trwalą przewagę konkurencyjną zar wno w sektorze sp ldzielczym, jak i uslug finansowych.
