Sie soll eine Übersicht über die Anwendungsgebiete und die Entstehung des Contractings, sowie dessen Bedeutung im modernen Vertragsmanagement wiedergeben. Anhand konkreter Beispiele werden die Bedeutung sowie der Ablauf von Contracting-Projekten dargestellt. Nach der Beschreibung der Ursprünge und der Marktsituation des Contractings in Kapitel 1 und 2 werden in Kapitel 3 die Contracting-Arten erläutert und um einen Bezug zur Praxis aufzubauen, wurden zwei verschiedene Beispiele erarbeitet, welche die vorhergegangenen Grundlagen in praktischer Weise erklären sollen. Im 4. Kapitel wird der allgemeine Ablauf eines Contracting-Projektes in der Immobilienwirtschaft umrissen. Darüber hinaus wird im 5. Kapitel ein Beispiel wiedergegeben, in welchem ein konkretes Projekt aus dem Anlagenmanagement (Druckluft-Contracting) behandelt wird. English Version: This elaboration was written within the scope of the study of Facility Management in the lecture "Vertragsmanagement" as an exam achievement. It should return an overview about the areas of application and the origin of the contracting, as well as its meaning in the modern contract management. With the help of concrete examples the meanings as well as the expiry are shown by contracting projects. After the description of the origins and the market situation of contracting in chapter 1 and 2 the contracting kinds are explained in chapter 3 and to build up a relation to the practise, two different examples which should explain the preceded bases in practical way were compiled. In the 4-th chapter the general expiry of a contracting project becomes in the real estate economy outlined. In addition, an example in which a concrete project from the investment management (Druckluft-Contracting) is treated is returned in the 5-th chapter.

Revision with unchanged content. Researchers have begun to examine the theory that religion may help bereaved individuals provide meaning (or an explanation) to an otherwise inconceivable event. Recent work has spawned a growing understanding that bereavement forces individuals to restructure and rebuild previously held assumptions about the self and the world. This book examines the inter-relationship of religious coping, meaning reconstruction, and shattered assumptions by reviewing these three domains. Definitions surrounding "religious coping" and "meaning reconstruction" are clarified, and theoretical constructs are refined by exploring their relationships. This book presents a study which examined mediator-moderator effects of positive and negative religious coping on relationships between grief intensity and world assumptions in mothers bereaved by the death of a child (by homicide, illness, or accident). Results suggest that the negative associations of grief with world assumptions may be, in part, offset when grief is processed through positive religious coping and enhanced when grief is processed through negative religious coping. Suggestions for future research are discussed, including methodological and conceptual considerations. Revision with unchanged content. The extent of work and type of work being contracted out in government is growing in magnitude. Government agencies wrestle with the effect this has on government operations as the daily work of many government employees is changing from that of actually conducting government work to overseeing government contractors who are now providing goods and services for government. However, most studies of government contracting sidestep or ignore the role of individual employees in ensuring the success of contractual relationships with the private sector. Scholars in public policy are calling attention to the need to look at theories from organizational change research and apply them to the context of changing government organizations. Furthermore, organizational change theorists stress the importance of studying individuals within organizations that are undergoing trans-formations. Heeding this advice, this study uses the theory of readiness for organizational change to develop a readiness for contracting theory to study how individual government employees respond to increasing contracting out in government. This book is addressed to researchers and practitioners of public administration.
