Das Ziel der Studie ist es, eine integrierte Analyse in einem einzigen und unterschiedlichen Kontext von Motivationen, Problemen und Faktoren f r den Unternehmenserfolg zu liefern sowie die Beziehung zwischen Stress und Unternehmensbesitz von Unternehmern ohne Hochschulabschluss zu bewerten. Es wurde ein Fragebogen verwendet und Einzelinterviews durchgef hrt, um Daten aus einer Stichprobe der Handelskammer des Distrikts Kitwe (KDCCI) ber kleine und mittlere Unternehmen (KMU) zu sammeln, die der sambischen Definition entsprechen. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass sich die Motivationsfaktoren zwischen Unternehmern ohne Hochschulabschluss und Unternehmern mit Hochschulabschluss oder h her nicht wesentlich unterschieden, jedoch wurde festgestellt, dass das Niveau und die Geschwindigkeit von Innovationen, technologischen Verbesserungen und die Gr e der Unternehmen/das Wachstum langsamer waren. F r die meisten von ihnen ist das Unternehmen ein Mittel zum berleben der Familie.

W celu zebrania danych wykorzystano kwestionariusz i przeprowadzono indywidualne wywiady z pr bą wybraną z Izby Handlowo-Przemyslowej Okręgu Kitwe (KDCCI) wśr d malych i średnich przedsiębiorstw (MŚP) spelniających zambijską definicję. Wyniki badania wykazaly, że czynniki motywacyjne wśr d przedsiębiorc w bez wyższego wyksztalcenia i przedsiębiorc w z wyższym wyksztalceniem nie r żnily się znacząco, ale zaobserwowano, że poziom i tempo innowacji, ulepszeń technologicznych oraz wielkośc przedsiębiorstwa/wzrost byly wolniejsze. O objetivo do estudo fornecer uma an lise integrada num contexto nico e diferente das motiva es, problemas e fatores de sucesso empresarial, bem como avaliar a rela o entre o stress e a propriedade de empresas por parte de empreendedores sem diploma universit rio. Foi utilizado um question rio e foram realizadas entrevistas individuais para recolher dados de uma amostra retirada da C mara de Com rcio e Ind stria do Distrito de Kitwe (KDCCI) sobre Pequenas e M dias Empresas (PME) que se enquadram na defini o da Z mbia. Os resultados revelaram que os fatores motivacionais entre empreendedores sem diploma universit rio e empreendedores com diploma universit rio ou superior n o eram t o diferentes, mas observou-se que o n vel e a taxa de inova o, as melhorias tecnol gicas e a dimens o da empresa/crescimento eram mais lentos. A maioria deles s o um meio de sobreviv ncia para as suas fam lias.

Competing visions of the future are at the heart of debates on climate change. The daunting scale and characteristics of climate risks have led to terrifying prophesies of societal breakdown and escalating geopolitical flashpoints. Although these cannot be ignored, the same characteristics can intersect to heighten the potential for "convergence points", in which cooperation and transformation are catalysed by shared risks and recognition of mutual vulnerability. In navigating between entrenched geopolitical logics and transformative possibilities, this book provides readers with a vocabulary and a framework for assessing climate risk in ways that are both critical and creative; rooted in current structures but not limited by them. Thinking about climate futures, the authors show, means embracing radically different possibilities and seeing the world as it is (and the forces that have produced present realities), while remaining open to the possibility of it becoming otherwise.
