Jobs keramik och textil är en rikt illustrerad bok om keramik- och textilkonstnärerna Lisbet och Gocken Jobs. För första gången placeras de välkända systrarnas konstnärskap i ett stilhistoriskt sammanhang. För många, både yngre och äldre är systrarna Jobs formgivning med spirande växter, smultron på strån, blåbär och hallon, en blandning av barndomsminnen och hemtam vardagsglädje. Längtan efter mjukare tilltal och bilder som ger associationer till ett annat klimat sommar och en värld utan terror är åter kusligt aktuella. Det är ingen tillfällighet att deras blommande mönster har blivit nyupptäckta klassiker kopplade till andra klassiker. Romanen Jerusalem av Selma Lagerlöf är i sin senaste utgåva för Bonniers Klassikerserie klädd med Gocken Jobs mönster Granatäpplen . Även de övriga Lagerlöf-romanerna har som ett tecken i tiden mönster fån Jobs produktion. Systrarna Lisbet och Gocken Jobs utbildade sig till keramiker på Tekniska skolan i Stockholm och kom sedan att följas åt och arbeta sida vid sida i samma ateljé, men som två självständiga konstnärer. Totalt ritade systrarna cirka 100 mönster för textil metervara med blommande namn som Aurora (1956) av Lisbet Jobs eller Trollslända (1945), Ros och lilja (1946), Grantäpple (1961) och Rabarber (1968) av Gocken Jobs. Därtill kommer ett stort antal mönster för tavlor, schaletter, dukar, näsdukar, bonader och tabletter. Den konstnärliga kvarlåtenskapen (skisser, textilier, keramik, arkiv) efter Lisbet Jobs och Gocken Jobs finns sedan 2009 i Nationalmuseums arkiv.
