La legge costituzionale degli Stati africani ha due facce, cio due facce: c' una faccia della mente, quella della parola scritta, e un'altra faccia dell'occhio, quella della pratica. Pertanto, la comprensione del fenomeno giuridico in questi Stati richiede necessariamente un'analisi onnicomprensiva della teoria e della pratica. Un tale approccio non ci porta a squalificare totalmente l'approccio normativista di Hans Kelsen, ma a renderlo laico. D'ora in poi, con la nostra dottrina, possiamo parlare di un "normativismo secolarizzato" perch secondo questo nuovo approccio il diritto costituzionale, pur studiando le norme, deve necessariamente cooperare con altre discipline complementari come la sociologia, le scienze politiche, l'antropologia e molte altre. Pi specificamente, questo saggio cerca di dimostrare che in Africa alcune pratiche costituzionali sono testarde perch vengono scacciate dalla porta attraverso la legge (nel senso pi ampio del termine), entrano dalla finestra.

A lei constitucional dos Estados africanos tem dois lados, ou seja, dois lados: h um lado da mente, o da palavra escrita, e outro lado do olho, o da pr tica. Assim, a compreens o do fen meno jur dico nestes Estados requer necessariamente uma an lise abrangente da teoria e da pr tica. Tal abordagem n o nos leva a desqualificar totalmente a abordagem normativista de Hans Kelsen, mas sim a torn -la secular. De agora em diante, com nossa doutrina, podemos falar de um "normativismo secularizado" porque, de acordo com esta nova abordagem, o direito constitucional, enquanto estuda normas, deve necessariamente cooperar com outras disciplinas complementares, como a sociologia, a ci ncia pol tica, a antropologia e muitas outras. Mais especificamente, este ensaio tenta demonstrar que, em frica, certas pr ticas constitucionais s o teimosas porque s o expulsas pela lei (no sentido mais lato), entram pela janela.

Ziel dieser Studie ist es, die Arbeitsbedingungen zu ermitteln, die die Qualit t der Atti k -Produktion f r die traditionellen Arbeiterinnen in der Elfenbeink ste "nachhaltig" machen k nnen, und gleichzeitig die Kompetenzen zu beschreiben, die f r die Organisationen dieses Produkts aufgebaut werden m ssen, sowie die psychosomatischen Risiken abzusch tzen, die durch die handwerkliche Produktion dieses Lebensmittels entstehen. Der methodische Ansatz st tzte sich auf die Methode der qualitativen Erhebung mit Hilfe von halbdirektiven Interviews, Einzelinterviews und Fokusgruppen. Es wurde festgestellt, dass die Herstellung von Atti k in der Elfenbeink ste heute mindestens sieben (7) Hauptarbeitspl tze und mindestens neun (9) Nebenarbeitspl tze im unstrukturierten oder informellen Sektor bietet. Diese ehemals reinen Frauenarbeitspl tze haben aufgrund der belebenden und vielversprechenden Perspektiven, die dieser Sektor bietet, auch m nnliche Fachkr fte angezogen. Allerdings verf gen die Besch ftigten in diesem Wachstumssektor insgesamt nicht ber wettbewerbsf hige Qualifikationen und moderne Produktionsverfahren. Es handelt sich um Arbeitspl tze, die von Analphabeten und Schulabbrechern dominiert werden, die physischen und chemischen Risiken ausgesetzt sind.

The objective of this study is to identify the working conditions capable of making the quality of Atti k production "sustainable" for traditional operators in C te d'Ivoire, while describing the skills to be built for the organizations of this product and in order to estimate the psychosomatic risks generated by the artisanal production of this commodity. The methodological approach was based on the qualitative survey method through semi-structured interviews, individual interviews and focus groups. It was noted that today in C te d'Ivoire, the Atti k production activity offers at least seven (7) main jobs and at least nine (9) subsidiary jobs in the unstructured or so-called informal sector. These jobs, which were once exclusively for women, have attracted male skills thanks to the invigorating and promising prospects offered by this sector. However, the workers in this promising sector do not have competitive qualifications and modern production process skills. These jobs are dominated by an illiterate or uneducated workforce, exposed to physical and chemical risks.
