Die Begriffe "Dritter" und "Drittbeteiligter" sind v llig unterschiedlich, denn anfangs scheinen diese beiden W rter nach einfacher Logik Synonyme zu sein, was zu Verwechslungen f hrt, und bei ihrer Anwendung neigt man dazu, sie zu vermischen, obwohl es sich um v llig unterschiedliche Rechtshandlungen handelt, da sie im Prozess unterschiedliche Zwecke verfolgen; dies f hrt zu einer fehlerhaften Anwendung dieser prozessualen Institutionen. Der Dritte ist derjenige, der in den gerichtlichen Prozess eingreift, aber wenn er zum Prozess zugelassen wird, h rt er auf, ein Dritter zu sein, und wird zu einer Prozesspartei, weil er ein Interesse oder ein Recht an dem objektiven Anspruch des Prozesses hat. Das bedeutet, dass ein Dritter im Sinne des Prozesses die Person ist, die nicht klagt (die die Klage nicht eingereicht hat) oder die nicht verklagt wurde (die der Forderung des Kl gers nicht widersprechen muss).

The concepts of third party and third party are totally different terms, because at the beginning these two words seem to be synonyms by simple logic, giving way to confusion, and at the moment of applying them they tend to make the mistake of mixing them, when they are totally different legal actions as they have different purposes in the process; therefore, it leads us to an erroneous application of these procedural institutions. The third party is the one who intervenes in the judicial process, but when he is admitted to the process, he ceases to be a third party and becomes a party to the process, because of some interest or right in the objective claim of the process, we can say that a third party is the one who is not a party. This means that a third party, for the purposes of the process, will be that person who does not sue (who has not filed the claim) or who has not been sued (who does not have to oppose the claim of the plaintiff).

Les concepts de tiers et de tierce partie sont des termes totalement diff rents, car au d part ces deux mots semblent tre synonymes par simple logique, ce qui donne lieu une confusion, et au moment de les appliquer, on a tendance commettre l'erreur de les m langer, alors qu'il s'agit d'actions juridiques totalement diff rentes puisqu'elles ont des objectifs diff rents dans le processus; cela nous conduit donc une application erron e de ces institutions proc durales. Le tiers est celui qui intervient dans le processus judiciaire, mais lorsqu'il est admis dans le processus, il cesse d' tre un tiers et devient une partie au processus, en raison d'un int r t ou d'un droit dans la demande objective du processus, nous pouvons dire qu'un tiers est celui qui n'est pas une partie. Cela signifie qu'un tiers, aux fins du processus, sera la personne qui ne poursuit pas (qui n'a pas d pos la demande) ou qui n'a pas t poursuivie (qui n'a pas s'opposer la demande du plaignant).

I concetti di terzo e di parte sono termini totalmente diversi, perch all'inizio questi due termini sembrano essere sinonimi per semplice logica, dando luogo a confusione, e al momento di applicarli si tende a commettere l'errore di mescolarli, quando invece si tratta di azioni giuridiche totalmente diverse in quanto hanno finalit diverse nel processo; pertanto, si giunge a un'errata applicazione di questi istituti processuali. Il terzo colui che interviene nel processo giudiziario, ma quando ammesso al processo, cessa di essere un terzo e diventa una parte del processo, in virt di un qualche interesse o diritto alla pretesa oggettiva del processo, possiamo dire che un terzo colui che non una parte. Ci significa che un terzo, ai fini del processo, sar quella persona che non fa causa (che non ha presentato la domanda) o che non stata citata (che non deve opporsi alla domanda dell'attore).

Os conceitos de terceiro e terceiro s o termos totalmente diferentes, pois no in cio estas duas palavras parecem ser sin nimos por simples l gica, dando lugar a confus es, e no momento de aplic -las tendem a cometer o erro de mistur -las, quando s o actos jur dicos totalmente diferentes, pois t m finalidades diferentes no processo; portanto, leva-nos a uma aplica o errada destes institutos processuais. O terceiro aquele que interv m no processo judicial, mas quando admitido no processo, deixa de ser terceiro e passa a ser parte no processo, por ter algum interesse ou direito na pretens o objetiva do processo, podemos dizer que terceiro aquele que n o parte. Isto significa que um terceiro, para os efeitos do processo, ser aquela pessoa que n o intenta a a o (que n o apresentou o pedido) ou que n o foi demandada (que n o tem de se opor ao pedido do autor).

Die Studie zielt darauf ab, die Wirksamkeit der Anwendung und Registrierung der Mehrwertsteuer (MwSt.) im Hotelgewerbe gem dem Gesetz ber die steuerliche Konzertierung (Ley de Concertaci n Tributaria, LCT N 822) zu ermitteln. Daraus ergibt sich das Interesse, zu erfahren, wie das Verfahren und die Registrierung der Mehrwertsteuer ablaufen, welche Auswirkungen diese Gesetzesreformen haben und in welche Kategorie die Generaldirektion der Steuerbeh rde die Hotels in Juigalpa einordnet. Die Hotelunternehmen, die sich in dieser Kategorie befinden, sind verpflichtet, ihre internen Aufzeichnungen und Kontrollen zu vervollkommnen, damit sie all ihren Verpflichtungen nachkommen k nnen, einschlie lich der Zahlung dieser Steuer, und auch um Sanktionen zu vermeiden, die sich aus der Nichteinhaltung der im vorliegenden Gesetz festgelegten Bestimmungen ergeben.

From there arises the interest to know which is the procedure and registration of VAT, the effects that these reforms produce in the law and the category assigned to the General Directorate of Revenue in which the Hotels of Juigalpa are found? The Hotel Companies that are under this condition of subject and agent of VAT withholding, are committed to perfect their way of records and internal controls, which allow them to fulfill all their obligations, including the payment of this tax and also to avoid the sanctions derived from the noncompliance of the dispositions established in the present Law.

Lo studio si propone di determinare l'efficacia dell'applicazione e della registrazione dell'imposta sul valore aggiunto (IVA) nel settore dei servizi alberghieri, secondo la Legge di Concertazione Tributaria (LCT N 822). Da qui nasce l'interesse di conoscere qual la procedura e la registrazione dell'IVA, gli effetti prodotti da queste riforme della legge e la categoria assegnata alla Direzione Generale delle Entrate in cui si trovano gli hotel di Juigalpa. Le aziende alberghiere che si trovano in questa condizione di soggetto IVA e di sostituto d'imposta si impegnano a perfezionare i propri registri e controlli interni, che consentiranno loro di adempiere a tutti gli obblighi, compreso il pagamento di questa imposta, e di evitare le sanzioni derivanti dalla mancata osservanza delle disposizioni stabilite nella presente legge.

Aufgrund des Mangels an f r die nord stliche Region Argentiniens angepassten Skalen psychologischer Tests zur Bewertung der Aufmerksamkeit wurde in der Hauptstadt der Provinz Chaco (Resistencia) eine quantitative Querschnittsstudie mit explorativ-deskriptivem Charakter durchgef hrt, um das Aufmerksamkeitsprofil bei Kindern zu untersuchen, Ziel war es, dieses Profil durch die evolution re Entwicklung der Aufmerksamkeit zu identifizieren und die regionalen Skalen des D2, SDMT, Faces, Stroop, WISC IV Symbols and Digits und TMT Tracing Tests zu ermitteln. Der Mittelwert der oben genannten Tests wurde nach verschiedenen Variablen bestimmt: Alter, Geschlecht, Schule, Schulstufe. Die lokalen Skalen der verwendeten Tests wurden ermittelt. Es wird hervorgehoben, wie wichtig es ist, g ltige und zuverl ssige Instrumente zu verwenden, die an die Schulpopulation der Region angepasst sind, um die Psychodiagnose bei schulischen Orientierungsaufgaben und die Angemessenheit psychoedukativer Interventionsprogramme zu pr zisieren und zu bereichern, die dazu beitragen, die akademischen und sozialen Leistungen des Kindes zu verbessern.

Due to the lack of scales adapted to the northeastern region of Argentina, of psychological tests that evaluate attention, a cross-sectional and quantitative study with an exploratory-descriptive scope has been carried out in the capital city of the province of Chaco (Resistencia), to investigate the Attentional Profile in children, from primary schools with different characteristics (private/state-urban/peripheral), with the aim of identifying it through the evolutionary development of attention and establishing the regional scales of the D2, SDMT, Faces, Stroop, WISC IV Symbols and Digits and TMT Tracing Test attentional tests. The mean of the aforementioned tests was determined according to different variables: age, gender, school, school level. The local scales of the tests used were obtained. The relevance of using valid, reliable instruments adapted to the school population of the region is highlighted, in order to specify and enrich the psychodiagnosis in school orientation tasks and adequacy of psychoeducational intervention programs that contribute to increase the academic and social performance of the child.

La moyenne des tests susmentionn s a t d termin e en fonction de diff rentes variables: ge, sexe, cole, niveau scolaire. Les chelles locales des tests utilis s ont t obtenues. A causa della mancanza di scale adattate alla regione nord-orientale dell'Argentina di test psicologici che valutano l'attenzione, stato condotto uno studio quantitativo trasversale a scopo esplorativo-descrittivo nella capitale della provincia del Chaco (Resistencia) per indagare il profilo di attenzione nei bambini, L'obiettivo era identificare questo profilo attraverso lo sviluppo evolutivo dell'attenzione e stabilire le scale regionali dei test D2, SDMT, Faces, Stroop, WISC IV Symbols and Digits e TMT Tracing. La media dei suddetti test stata determinata in base a diverse variabili: et , sesso, scuola, livello scolastico. Sono state ottenute le scale locali dei test utilizzati. Si sottolinea l'importanza di utilizzare strumenti validi e affidabili adattati alla popolazione scolastica della regione, al fine di specificare e arricchire la psicodiagnosi nei compiti di orientamento scolastico e l'adeguatezza dei programmi di intervento psicoeducativo che contribuiscono ad aumentare il rendimento scolastico e sociale del bambino.
