Although trains are unlikely to ever again run between Ennis and Kilkee, the legend of this little branch line of the southern railway system will live on as long as there are people who look back fondly on the past. Anyone with even a superficial acquaintance with Clare will know what a wealth of varied scenery it contains, together with abundant archaeological sites and historical remains spanning over 5,000 years of human habitation. Not least of these are the earthworks of the West and South Clare Railways. Among the papers which John Clare, the "Peasant Poet" of our county, left behind him, was one in which he desired that the Editor of his "Remains" should dedicate them "to Earl Spencer, with the Author's last wishes." That memorandum was written in the year 1825, when the poet was anticipating, to use his own words, a speedy entrance into "the dark porch of eternity, whence none returns to tell the tale of his reception." These melancholy forebodings were not realized, for although in a few years Clare became dead to the world, he lived on in seclusion to a patriarchal age. Meanwhile the Earl Spencer to whom he desired that his "Remains" should be dedicated passed away, and the title descended first to your lordship's uncle, then to your lordship's father, and lastly to your lordship. But through all these years the Earls Spencer were the steadfast and generous friends of the unhappy Poet, nor did your lordship's bounty cease with his life, but was continued to his widow. In dedicating this volume to your lordship, as I now do, I am complying with the spirit and almost with the very letter of poor Clare's injunction.

El presente estudio muestra la existencia en el aula de clase de un antagonismo entre el discurso del docente (discurso de poder) y el discurso del alumno (discurso del silencio), caracterizado por un patr n interactivo de influencia directa, una comunicaci n carente de solidaridad en el proceso social de construcci n de la imagen, una marcada distancia, una concentraci n del espacio interlocutivo por parte del docente, y un discurso escolar evasivo que podr a contribuir a mantener la problem tica interaccional en la instituci n educativa.
La presente investigaci n se enfoc en dise ar una aplicaci n tecnol gica de indicadores del Sistemas de gesti n de procesos productivos, estos elementos son herramientas importantes para controlar los resultados de un proceso productivo, pero a su vez muy complicados para aplicar en tiempo real. Los indicadores de gesti n de alto nivel pueden enfocarse en el desempe o general de la empresa, mientras que los (KPI) de bajo nivel pueden enfocarse en los procesos o los empleados en cada departamento como puede ser: producci n, ventas, mercadeo o un centro de soporte al cliente. La creaci n de los Indicadores de producci n es prioritaria para comenzar a registrar resultados, y obtener informaci n relevante del proceso. Es muy importante elegir los indicadores m s adecuados durante el proceso de dise o de un nuevo Sistema de Gesti n Productivo mediante tecnolog as de sistemas embebidos, se investig de acuerdo a la normativa para elaborar indicadores de gesti n industrial que permitan su aplicaci n en tiempo real con el dise o de sistemas tecnol gicos compatibles en hardware y software para desarrollar el presente trabajo investigativo.
