Die Pr valenz der koronaren Herzkrankheit (KHK) hat in Indien in der zweiten H lfte des letzten Jahrhunderts immer mehr zugenommen. Prognosen auf der Grundlage der Global Burden of Disease Study gehen davon aus, dass die Belastung durch atheroembolische Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen in Indien bis zum Jahr 2020 die Belastung in jeder anderen Region der Welt bertreffen wird. Trotz beeindruckender Fortschritte bei der Diagnose und Behandlung in den letzten drei Jahrzehnten ist der akute Herzinfarkt nach wie vor ein gro es Problem f r die ffentliche Gesundheit in den Industriel ndern und den Entwicklungsl ndern. Koriander ist eine Gew rz- und Gem sepflanze, die bei der Aromatisierung von Lebensmitteln eine wichtige Rolle spielt. Es gibt nur sehr wenig Literatur f r molekulare Studien ber Koriander, daher m ssen molekulare Marker f r diese Pflanze entwickelt werden. Die Entwicklung von SSRs (Simple Sequence Repeats) f r neue Kulturpflanzen wie Koriander ist ein teurer und zeitaufw ndiger Prozess, der jedoch durch die bertragung von Mikrosatelliten-Loci aus derselben Familie/Gattung/Art leicht zu bewerkstelligen ist, was ein kosteneffizienter Ansatz f r die Entwicklung von SSRs in weniger untersuchten Kulturpflanzen wie Koriander ist. Gegenw rtig sind SSRs f r Karotten und Sellerie ffentlich zug nglich, um arten bergreifende Untersuchungen durchzuf hren, da beide Pflanzen aus derselben Familie, den Apiaceae, stammen. Wir untersuchten die bertragbarkeit von hundert SSR-Loci der Karotte (Daucuscarota) auf Koriander (Coriandrum sativum L.). Neununddrei ig Prozent der Primer (39/100) amplifizierten SSRs f r Koriander. Von den 39 SSR-Loci waren 35 Primer monomorph und spezifisch f r Karottenprimer, was ungef hr die gleiche Gr e der SSR-Loci wie bei Karotten zeigt. Vier SSRs waren polymorph, sieben Primerpaare waren unspezifisch und wichen in der Bandengr e von der Quelle der SSRs ab.

La coriandre est une pice et un l gume qui occupe une place de choix dans l'aromatisation des aliments. Le d veloppement de SSR (Simple Sequence Repeats) pour une nouvelle culture comme la coriandre est un processus long et co teux, mais il peut tre facilement r alis en transf rant les loci microsatellites de la m me famille/genre/esp ce, ce qui constitue une approche rentable pour le d veloppement de SSR dans des cultures moins tudi es comme la coriandre et le d veloppement de marqueurs microsatellites pour de nouvelles esp ces. Actuellement, les SSR de la carotte et du c leri sont disponibles dans le domaine public pour les recherches intersp cifiques, les deux cultures appartenant la m me famille, les Apiaceae. Nous avons examin la transf rabilit de cent loci SSR de carotte (Daucuscarota) la coriandre (Coriandrum sativum L.). Trente-neuf pour cent des amorces (39/100) ont amplifi des SSR pour la coriandre. Sur les 39 loci SSR, 35 amorces taient monomorphes et sp cifiques des amorces de carotte, montrant approximativement la m me taille de loci SSR que celle rapport e pour la carotte. Quatre SSR taient polymorphes, sept paires d'amorces non sp cifiques dont la taille des bandes s' cartait de la source des SSR.

Il coriandolo una spezia e una coltura vegetale che occupa una posizione di primo piano nell'aromatizzazione degli alimenti. La letteratura disponibile per gli studi molecolari sul coriandolo molto limitata ed necessario sviluppare marcatori molecolari per questa coltura. Lo sviluppo di SSR (Simple Sequence Repeats) per nuove colture come il coriandolo un processo costoso e che richiede tempo, ma pu essere facilmente ottenuto trasferendo i loci microsatellitari dalla stessa famiglia/genere/specie, un approccio economicamente vantaggioso per lo sviluppo di SSR in colture poco studiate come il coriandolo e per lo sviluppo di marcatori microsatellitari per nuove specie. Attualmente gli SSR di carota e sedano sono disponibili nel dominio pubblico per indagini interspecifiche; entrambe le colture appartengono alla stessa famiglia, le Apiaceae. Abbiamo esaminato la trasferibilit di cento loci SSR di carota (Daucuscarota) al coriandolo (Coriandrum sativum L.). Il trentanove per cento dei primer (39/100) ha amplificato SSR per il coriandolo. Dei 39 loci SSR, 35 primer erano monomorfi e specifici per la carota, mostrando approssimativamente la stessa dimensione dei loci SSR riportati per la carota. Quattro SSR sono risultati polimorfi, mentre sette coppie di primer sono risultate non specifiche e si discostano per la dimensione delle bande dalla fonte degli SSR.

Atualmente, os SSR da cenoura e do aipo est o dispon veis no dom nio p blico para investiga o inter-esp cies, uma vez que ambas as culturas pertencem mesma fam lia, Apiaceae. Examin mos a transferibilidade de cem loci SSR da cenoura (Daucuscarota) para os coentros (Coriandrum sativum L.). Trinta e nove por cento dos iniciadores (39/100) amplificaram SSRs para coentros. Dos 39 loci SSR, 35 iniciadores eram monom rficos e espec ficos dos iniciadores da cenoura, apresentando aproximadamente o mesmo tamanho de loci SSR que o registado para a cenoura. Quatro SSRs eram polim rficos, sete pares de iniciadores eram inespec ficos e apresentavam desvios no tamanho das bandas em rela o fonte dos SSRs.
