What will the urban campus of the future look like? Academia is undergoing massive change as it faces increasingly complex challenges—and with it, cities are changing, too. Paolo Fusi describes the "multiple campus" as a place of knowledge transfer that enables new models for creatively and innovatively researching, working, and living in the city. Focusing first on the Universität Hamburg, he then examines the development of urban campuses worldwide, evaluating architectural and conceptual tendencies. Turning to exemplary projects that have developed over time, been recently realized, or are in the planning stages, in New York, Chicago, Lausanne, London, Trondheim, and Copenhagen, he examines instruments for designing architectural and spatial types. These future scenarios complement his morphological analysis of the Hamburg city campus and his consideration of its historical emergence.

Evaluierung und Auswahl von Kan len sowie ein technologisches Trendmonitoring sind heute wichtige Managementaufgaben. Eigentlich sollte die Praxis bei derartigen Konfusionen auf eine ordnende theoretische Konzeption zur ckgreifen k nnen. Konzepte der Theorie sind allerdings un bersichtlich. Da finden sich Begriffe wie Multiple-Channel, Multi-Channel, Cross- oder Omni-Channeling: Alle Begriffe umschreiben das Prinzip der Kanalwahl im Mehrkanalvertrieb, sie werden oft gleichgesetzt, unterscheiden sich aber in der Perspektive. So wird das Begriffs- und Konzeptwirrwarr immer un berschaubarer. Literaturrecherchen zeigen, dass Autoren sich aus unterschiedlichster Perspektive an die verschiedenen Begriffe heranarbeiten. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist daher die konzeptionelle Strukturierung g ngiger Mehrkanal-Konzepte und die Erfassung praxisorientierter Entwicklungslinien sowie deren systematisierende Verdichtung zu einem m glichst synergetischen Gesamtkonzept-Ansatz.

Multiple sclerosis is an autoimmune disease characterized by chronic inflammation, that affects the central nervous system. Unfortunately, scientists have not yet been able to find out the cause of this disease and there is no definitive cure for this disease, and pharmacological drugs might be associated with side effects. In all patients, it is important to encourage patients to use a healthy lifestyle, including proper diet, regular exercise. The prevalence of MS in some parts of world has increased significantly over the past half century, probably due to the effects of some environmental factors. Although the firest cause of MS is unknown, most researchers argue that myelin damage in the disease is due to an inadequate immune response. Although science has made great progress in recent years, especially in the field of medicine, and has brought great achievements to human beings, the treatment of some diseases, such as MS, etc., is costly and is associated with side effects in some cases. Thus it is recommended to use a combination of modern medicine and traditional medicine and purposeful nutrition and warm nature foods to improve the function of immune system.
