La investigaci n tuvo como objetivo principal calcular el nivel de relaci n entre la calidad de servicio y la satisfacci n de los usuarios de la UGEL 01 de San Juan de Miraflores. Ha sido una tesis de enfoque cuantitativo y dise o descriptico correlacional. Se aplic a los docentes de la UGEL que estaban haciendo alg n tr mite y que en forma voluntaria participaron contestando los cuestionarios. Se utilizaron dos encuestas tipo Likert. El trabajo concluy que existe una correlaci n alta entre las variables, siendo r de Pearson igual a 0,7145. Adem s, el nivel de la calidad de servicio era buena y la mayor a de los usuarios se sent an muy satisfechos del servicio.

Das Ziel dieses Artikels ist es, die Auswirkungen des Gesetzes 1819 von 2016 auf eine Gruppe von kolumbianischen gemeinn tzigen Stiftungen zu analysieren, die bis zum Inkrafttreten des Gesetzes eine besondere Steuerregelung (RTE) hatten. F r die empirische Analyse wurden 62 Stiftungen ausgew hlt, die in den Jahren 2015, 2016, 2017 und 2018 Vertr ge mit dem Gouvernorat Sucre abgeschlossen haben. Die Informationen von ihnen wurden zwei Jahre vor und zwei Jahre nach dem Inkrafttreten des Gesetzes analysiert, wobei als Quellen die Handelskammer von Sincelejo und das DIAN verwendet wurden. In der Arbeit werden Empfehlungen ausgesprochen, so dass die Gouverneure in Zukunft nur dann Vertr ge mit dieser Art von Einrichtungen abschlie en, wenn sie einen sozialen Zweck von allgemeinem Interesse und nicht einen besonderen erf llen.

The objective of this article is to analyze the effects of Law 1819 of 2016 in a group of Colombian non-profit Foundations, which had a Special Tax Regime (RTE) until the entry into force of the Law. To carry out the empirical analysis, 62 Foundations that contracted with the Governorate of Sucre during the years 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 were chosen. The information from them was analyzed two years before and two years after the entry into force of the Law, using as sources the Chamber of Commerce of Sincelejo and the DIAN. In the work, recommendations are made so that the governorships henceforth contract with this type of entities only when they fulfill a social purpose of general interest and not particular.

L'obiettivo di questo articolo analizzare gli effetti della legge 1819 del 2016 su un gruppo di fondazioni colombiane senza scopo di lucro, che avevano un regime fiscale speciale (RTE) fino all'entrata in vigore della legge. Per realizzare l'analisi empirica, sono state scelte 62 Fondazioni che hanno stipulato contratti con il Governatorato di Sucre durante gli anni 2015, 2016, 2017 e 2018. Le informazioni da loro sono state analizzate due anni prima e due anni dopo l'entrata in vigore della legge, usando come fonti la Camera di Commercio di Sincelejo e il DIAN. Nel lavoro si fanno raccomandazioni affinch d'ora in poi i governatorati contrattino con questo tipo di entit solo quando realizzano uno scopo sociale d'interesse generale e non particolare.

Do przeprowadzenia analizy empirycznej wybrano 62 fundacje, kt re zawarly umowy z Gubernatorstwem Sucre w latach 2015, 2016, 2017 i 2018. Informacje od nich uzyskane zostaly przeanalizowane dwa lata przed i dwa lata po wejściu w życie ustawy, z wykorzystaniem jako źr del Izby Handlowej Sincelejo i DIAN. W pracy sformulowano rekomendacje, aby odtąd wojewodowie kontraktowali z tego typu podmiotami tylko wtedy, gdy realizują one spoleczny cel o charakterze og lnym, a nie partykularnym.
