About the Author Edward A Trisler was born to William and Joann Trisler on September 26, 1962, and he was the fifth of five children. In 1981 he graduated from high school and, even though he knew that he could not spell or write, he felt he should write a book. So Trisler started his first book and it was hard to read. He knew that he had a hard time reading it and so, in 1985, he stopped working for a little while. Then, in 1992, he decided he wanted to go to college. He took the classes he had to, but was unsuccessful and so in 1994 he left college and went to work again. The purpose of this book is to give you a tool to defect the enemy over your children and in you're house hold. This is not a tool to make every problem go away; walking with God will always make the devil hate you. Life happens to us all, but with God all things are possible. The bible says that the thief (devil) comes to steal and to kill and destroy, but I (Jesus) came that you may have life and that more abundantly (John 10:10). The devil is always going to be after you and your seed. But Jesus came and defeated the enemy on your behalf and has given you who are His, the authority to apply the living word of the Lord over your children and every situation that you face. It's time to take back your God given right and war for your children until they are able to war for themselves. Don't hear what I'm not saying. I not telling you if your children are grown and have a disrespectful spirit, rebellious or not following the rules that you have to allow this behavior to continue in your home. No if it's time for your son or daughter to move out than do that, you can still pray for your children when they are outside of the home for Gods hand to be on them. Words are powerful, just like words have the capability to tear you down, words spoken over your life that encourages and supports, have the capability to uplift you and make you soar to higher heights. On February 9, 2000, the largest white-collar strike in the private sector in U.S. labor history was called against the Boeing Company in Seattle, Washington. The engineers and technicians represented by the Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace walked away from good-paying jobs for forty days and forty nights. This book is a first-person narrative of the experiences of that strike. The strike was unprecedented in the union's history. The local media, Boeing management and the workers themselves had little confidence that this strike would last more than a few days.This narrative explores the motivation and the issues that compelled these workers to give up the security of a regular paycheck and face the uncertainty of a prolonged labor strike. This strike was unique in many ways. This strike grew from the dissatisfaction with the lack of respect in management's treatment of engineering and technical employees.Tom is an Electrical Engineer who spent 41 years at the Boeing Company. Shortly after graduating from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey, he accepted a job with the Boeing. Tom is a former President of SPEEA, the union which represents the Engineers, Technicians and Training Pilots in the Pacific Northwest.
