Raffaele racconta, e chiede di raccontare, avvenimenti assolutamente disparati nei toni, nei tempi e nelle ambientazioni. Il suo umore e le sue condizioni fisiche la fanno da padrone. Il tempo stringe e non intende terminare il suo viaggio terreno tormentato da rimorsi e rimpianti. Nulla vorrebbe fosse indiviso, incompiuto. Dove pu , mette rimedio, ma alcuni avvenimenti non dipendono dalla sua sola volont e cos la madre, sorda e tracotante, incapace di accettare la sua natura, nulla compie nonostante il richiamo disperato del figlio morente la vorrebbe al suo capezzale.Un romanzo d'Amore. Questo libro contiene tre articoli che, pur avendo formati diversi, trattano di traduzione. Il primo valuta gli elementi lessicali creativi nelle traduzioni spagnole del romanzo di Jo o Guimar es Rosa, Grande Sert o: Veredas, in particolare le soluzioni trovate dai traduttori per quanto riguarda i termini non dizionari della lingua spagnola, come yagunzo e sert n, da un punto di vista culturale. Lo studio guidato dalle riflessioni teoriche sulla traduzione di Valent n Garc a Yebra e dalle teorie linguistiche e traduttive di Antoine Berman e Georges Mounin. A questo articolo contribuiscono anche lo studio condotto dalla professoressa Walnice Nogueira Galv o, in Le forme del falso, e le testimonianze della stessa Rosa registrate da G nter Lorenz. La seconda analizza come sono state risolte alcune difficolt incontrate dai traduttori nel tradurre in spagnolo Grande Sert o: Veredas (1956) di Jo o Guimar es Rosa, per quanto riguarda il diverso stile dell'autore, in particolare l'uso del congiuntivo e la sintassi. La terza presenta una traduzione commentata del racconto El ngel di Daniel Mayer.
