Things That Happen By Chance - ArabicTo say that "a picture is worth 1000 words" may often seem so cliche but at the same time it is appropriate in pointing out Things That Happen By Chance. This delightful children's book examines the world of one real little boy, coincidentally named Chance, learning some simple life lessons. In a growing visual interactive experience Things That Happen By Chance will have children everywhere saying, "that's just like me" while parents will be thanking Chance for re-affirming, in his own funny way, the same advice they give to their children. From the simple social graces of please and thank you, to being considerate of others, being honest and helpful and always doing the right thing, Chance learns how easy it is to be a nice person no matter where you live or what your circumstances are. Simple to read, in a font we created using Chance's own actual handwriting, this 72 page full color book takes real life natural photographs caught in fleeting moments in time to bring about a fun discussion on a myriad of events in a child's daily life. Seeing and reading his often funny advice about his activities and adventures as they happen makes a great conversation starter for parents and child educators alike. Universal in its message Things That Happen By Chance is the first in an original book series. It takes a closer look at the little things in life while offering children some advice through the eyes of a curious little boy, just like them. Things That Happen By Chance will surely touch the hearts of children the world over and be passed along to others for generations to come.

Wild Times with Granite

In the timeless Wild Times, a post-traumatic, nebulous era of stalking horrors, lives a small isolated family in a coastal nowhere. Possibly the only sane member, a puny female with a fearsome growl, describes the legacy which is her daily life: the fatal goo that falls from the sky; the hairy, inter-species rape; the ceaseless screaming that perforates the brain... as well as the peculiar fates that her ancestors have met: poison fumeroles; excessive snail slime accidents; or simply, 'it solidified inside him'. She follows a linear, if wobbly, timeline from childhood to old age as she tries to discover normality and real life in her signpost-less world by building a safe house from a material as fearful as the Wild Times around her: Granite. In the tragicomic 'Wild Times with Granite', the narrative voice clambers emotional troughs and peaks with deadpan brutality and oblique innocence through of aeons anticipating the arrival of building materials and centuries of bloody building work. She finds out about love on the way with her pet snail, a dusty spider and her Uncle Heap (comforter with his big veiny hands, practical sorter-outer of all things Wild and owner of a magical, multi-appendaged pocket knife). She is let down by architect extraordinaire, Ervil Nitzo (a disingenuous, snoring bore with an inky nose) and lives under periodic visitations of the curse of 'doom' uttered by her Mother with some of her last words (after she has passed through her plate smashing phase, before she becomes inert and silent in a chair for years), but is helped by Toobit Lonkins (a flea-bitten bird who acts as postman) and two blood-smeared builders: bellowing Nursten (a man of huge proportions, prone to beating his chest), and graceful Wort (a small stutterer who has suffered some 'puh-pain'). Clare (whose face reveals that she is 'going to die') visits periodically from some unknowably normal place and gives inspiring glimpses into the world of chocolate, astrology, bunting and the guy at the garage which spur on the building work and even lead the puny builder to re-remember her own name. After a good deal of (and possibly as a result of) counter-cursing by the puny growler, Mother dies, thus absorbing her 'doom', but it finally becomes clear that the puny builder has built herself into her 'safe safe house' and has no door, just when she also perceives 'bunting and music' in the distance (a sign that the Wild Times have subsided and her life's work is meaningless). It is not until Uncle Heap dies messily, leaving a hopeful suggestion pinned to his chest that she can move forward and build again...This allegorical novel speaks of those who have felt their puniness in the maelstrom swirl of trauma or post-trauma, who have been stalked by the predatory 'otherness' of their situation and sought to address it. With a poignant sense of persistence, a quietly driven optimism and only the humblest sense of triumph, Wild Times with Granite makes light of life s deepest difficulties.

"My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish;neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand." John 10:27-28 What are Prophetic Utterances you ask? They are a foretelling, prediction and revelation of things to come expressed by words, either spoken or written. In this case, these utterances are an answer to Gail's prayer to give her something new to write that were inspired by God, and He did just that on two separate occasions years apart. The first writings lasted three days and three nights. The second set came eleven years later and lasted five weeks. Each of the seventy-two writings in this book contains revelation of God's awesome wonder and elements of surprise. There were too many writings to put into one volume so more will be released in the near future. Prophetic Utterances; The Cry of His Heart, Volume One reveals the Father's heart toward His children including His immense love and longing for us. He reveals His mysteries and secrets to us in these writings. He reveals to us the urgency of the hour and for us to prepare to meet Him and His Son. He makes it plain that now is the time for preparation. In these last days, He consistently emphasizes that the choice is ours to make. Do you know what the future holds for you? Is there any person that you have met who has no curiosity about the future? When you read Gail's book, you will know more of what the future holds than you did before. While reading this book you will: Learn how to better prepare for your future. Experience the passion of God's heart towards you. Increase in the intimate knowledge of God. Discover the rewards that are available to all who walk closely to Him.
