Diese K hlrahmen haben interessante Vorteile f r diese Ger te, Laserdioden haben eine kompakte Gr e, ein geringes Gewicht, eine geringe Gr e, eine hohe, gleichbleibende Qualit t, keine mechanisch beweglichen Teile, werden mit Gleichstrom betrieben und lassen sich leicht schalten. In dieser Studie konzentrierte man sich auf K hlstrategien, die zur K hlung der Laserdiode verwendet wurden. Als N chstes wurden die Herausforderungen beschrieben, die bei dem Versuch, K hlmethoden zur Verteilung des hohen W rmeflusses von der Laserdiode bereitzustellen, die wartungsarm und unkompliziert sind, um die Verbesserung zu erreichen, auftraten.
