Celem niniejszej pracy bylo przeprowadzenie systematycznego przeglądu badań oceniających wplyw terapii neurorozwojowej na dzieci z porażeniem m zgowym typu spastycznego. Metody: Systematyczny przegląd wszystkich opublikowanych badań, z wyjątkiem opinii ekspert w, niezależnie od projektu badawczego. Przeszukano bazy Medline, Cochrane Library, PEDro i Google Scholar od najwcześniejszej daty do lutego 2012 r. Interwencja: Programy terapii neurorozwojowej przeprowadzane przez fizjoterapeutę u dzieci z rozpoznaniem porażenia m zgowego w wieku od urodzenia do osiemnastu lat. Mierniki wynik w: czynności życia codziennego, funkcje motoryczne, kontrola postawy siedzącej i sprawnośc mechaniczna. Wyniki: Tylko 5 badań spelnilo kryteria wlączenia. Możliwe bylo przeprowadzenie metaanalizy, ale obecny poziom dowod w potwierdzających skutecznośc terapii neurorozwojowej u dzieci z porażeniem m zgowym spastycznym pozostaje niewystarczający. Zgodnie z niniejszym przeglądem nie ma wystarczających dowod w przemawiających za stosowaniem NDT u dzieci z porażeniem m zgowym, z wyjątkiem intensywnej formy terapii stosowanej w celu poprawy funkcji motorycznych i kontroli postawy siedzącej. Wnioski: Obecny poziom dowod w potwierdzających skutecznośc terapii neurorozwojowej.

Das Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, die Studien, die die Auswirkungen der neurologischen Entwicklungstherapie auf Kinder mit spastischer Zerebralparese bewerten, systematisch zu berpr fen. Methoden: Systematische berpr fung aller ver ffentlichten Studien mit allen Forschungsdesigns au er Expertenmeinungen. Es wurde in Medline, der Cochrane Library, PEDro und Google Scholar recherchiert, beginnend mit den fr hesten Daten bis Februar 2012. Intervention: Neurodevelopmentale Behandlungsprogramme, die von Physiotherapeuten bei Kindern durchgef hrt wurden, bei denen eine Zerebralparese diagnostiziert wurde und die zwischen der Geburt und achtzehn Jahren alt waren. Ergebnisma e: Aktivit ten des t glichen Lebens, grobmotorische Funktionen, Kontrolle der Sitzhaltung und mechanische Effizienz. Ergebnisse: Nur 5 Studien erf llten die Einschlusskriterien. Eine Metaanalyse konnte durchgef hrt werden, und der derzeitige Evidenzgrad zur Untermauerung der Wirksamkeit der neurologischen Entwicklungsbehandlung bei Kindern mit spastischer CP ist nach wie vor nicht ausreichend. Laut dieser bersicht gibt es keine ausreichende Unterst tzung f r den Einsatz von NDT bei Kindern mit Zerebralparese, au er in intensiver Form zur Verbesserung der grobmotorischen Funktionen und der Kontrolle der Sitzhaltung. Schlussfolgerung: Der derzeitige Evidenzgrad zur Untermauerung der Wirksamkeit der neurologischen Entwicklung.

Mesures des r sultats: activit s de la vie quotidienne, motricit globale, contr le de la posture assise et efficacit m canique. R sultats: seules 5 tudes r pondaient aux crit res d'inclusion. Une m ta-analyse a pu tre r alis e, mais le niveau actuel de preuves l'appui de l'efficacit du traitement neurod veloppemental chez les enfants atteints de PC spastique reste insuffisant. Selon cette revue, il n'existe pas de preuves suffisantes pour recommander l'utilisation du TND chez les enfants atteints de paralysie c r brale, sauf dans le cas d'un traitement intensif visant am liorer la motricit globale et le contr le de la posture assise. Intervento: programmi di trattamento neuroevolutivo eseguiti dal fisioterapista su bambini con diagnosi di paralisi cerebrale di et compresa tra la nascita e i diciotto anni. Misure dei risultati: attivit della vita quotidiana, funzione motoria grossolana, controllo della postura seduta ed efficienza meccanica. Risultati: solo 5 studi hanno soddisfatto i criteri di inclusione. stato possibile effettuare una meta-analisi, ma l'attuale livello di evidenza a sostegno dell'efficacia del trattamento neuroevolutivo nei bambini con paralisi cerebrale spastica rimane insufficiente. Secondo questa revisione, non vi alcun supporto sufficiente per l'uso dell'NDT nei bambini con paralisi cerebrale, tranne che nella forma intensiva di trattamento utilizzata per migliorare la funzione motoria grossolana e il controllo della postura seduta. Conclusione: l'attuale livello di evidenza a sostegno dell'efficacia del trattamento neuroevolutivo.

Interven o: Programas de tratamento neurodesenvolvimental realizados por fisioterapeutas em crian as diagnosticadas com paralisia cerebral com idades entre o nascimento e os dezoito anos. Medidas de resultados: Atividades da vida di ria, fun o motora grossa, controlo da postura sentada e efici ncia mec nica. Resultados: Apenas 5 estudos cumpriram os crit rios de inclus o. Zużyte oleje stanowią zagrożenie dla zdrowia ludzkiego i środowiska, dlatego należy nimi bezpiecznie zarządzac. Niewlaściwe zarządzanie zużytymi olejami może powodowac zanieczyszczenie powietrza, wody i gleby. Celem niniejszej pracy jest zbadanie ponownego rafinowania zużytych olej w smarowych przy użyciu procesu ekstrakcji rozpuszczalnikowej. Przeanalizowano wlaściwości zużytych olej w smarowych, metody ich wykorzystania, metody eliminacji oraz wplyw na środowisko i zdrowie ludzi. Opisano r wnież r żne procesy ponownego rafinowania i dokonano ich por wnania w celu wskazania zalet i wad procesu ekstrakcji rozpuszczalnikowej. Przeprowadzono eksperymenty na zużytych olejach zebranych z kilku stacji paliw. Zużyte oleje poddano wstępnej obr bce w celu usunięcia wody i pylu, a następnie ekstrahowano olej bazowy przy użyciu r żnych klas rozpuszczalnik w, w tym alkoholi, keton w i rozpuszczalnik w węglowodorowych. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die Wiederaufbereitung von gebrauchten Schmier len mittels L sungsmittelextraktion zu untersuchen. Die Eigenschaften von gebrauchten Schmier len, Verwendungsmethoden, Entsorgungsmethoden sowie Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt und die menschliche Gesundheit wurden untersucht. Au erdem wurden die verschiedenen Wiederaufbereitungsverfahren beschrieben und miteinander verglichen, um die Vor- und Nachteile der L sungsmittelextraktion aufzuzeigen. Es wurden Versuche mit Alt len durchgef hrt, die an mehreren Tankstellen gesammelt wurden. Die Alt le wurden einer Vorbehandlung unterzogen, um Wasser und Staub zu entfernen, gefolgt von einer L sungsmittelextraktion des Grund ls unter Verwendung verschiedener Klassen von L sungsmitteln, darunter Alkohole, Ketone und Kohlenwasserstoffl sungsmittel.
