Rita, Sue and Bob Too by Andrea Dunbar; A State Affair by Robin Soans When it first came out, Rita Sue and Bob Too caused a sensation for it's frank portrayal of child sexuality in a Northern Town; the fact that the play was based on the writer's own experience only added to the furore. Max Stafford-Clark originally commissioned Rita, Sue and Bob Too for the Royal Court in 1982. Eighteen years later, he returned with a group of Out of Joint actors to the Bradford estates that Andrea knew. A State Affair is a record of what they found."A genius straight from the slums" - Shelagh Delaney (on Andrea Dunbar) Mail on Sunday"This is life, the facts are there ...these things do go on - maybe not in every circle, but certainly in mine" - Andrea Dunbar, Yorkshire Post, 1986Out of Joint's production of Rita Sue and Bob Too and A State Affair premiered at the Liverpool Everyman Theatre in October 2000.
Choice Double Crostics: 50 Puzzles from the archives of Sue Gleason's doublecrostic website
Double crostic puzzles provide both the mental gymnastics of solving crossword-like clues and the literary pleasure of reading a quotation which we hope you value for its beauty, cleverness, or resounding truth. This collection offers fifty of the hundreds of double crostics constructed by K Watkins since she began adding puzzles to Sue Gleason's website in 2003. Solvers have described her work as "witty and fun" - "unusual, tough, worthwhile" - "fascinating" - the product of "a strange and wonderful mind" - "delightful" - "crackerjack" - "a hoot "
Illegale Annullamento Di Una Sentenza Di Corte D'assise E Sue Conseguenze Giuridiche
Illegale Annullamento Di Una Sentenza Di Corte D'assise E Sue Conseguenze Giuridiche (A Proposito Del Processo Olivo), by Ettore Botti, delves into the illegal annulment of a court of assize sentence and its ensuing juridical consequences, specifically in relation to the Olivo trial. This historical legal analysis provides a detailed examination of the complexities and implications surrounding the overturning of court decisions within the Italian legal system at the beginning of the 20th century. Botti's work offers insights into the procedural aspects and the broader legal ramifications of such actions, making it a valuable resource for legal scholars, historians, and anyone interested in the evolution of Italian criminal law and jurisprudence. The book serves as a historical document that elucidates the challenges and controversies within the judicial processes of the time.
