L'objectif g n ral de la recherche est d'analyser les actions les plus pertinentes d velopp es par le projet en mati re de durabilit . Ceci est important pour la compagnie d'assurance maladie, car cela am liorera son image l'int rieur et l'ext rieur de l'organisation. En termes de m thodologie, le projet en question est class comme tant de nature qualitative et quantitative, exploratoire et descriptive en termes d'objectifs, et a t r alis par le biais d'une tude de cas. Dans un premier temps, une tude bibliographique a t r alis e, ainsi que des visites l'entreprise afin de conna tre ses m thodes de travail et d'analyser les actions durables qu'elle a entreprises au cours du processus. Des questionnaires ont t labor s et distribu s aux employ s du projet. On constate que l'entreprise est sur la bonne voie en ce qui concerne la prise en compte de la variable environnementale dans le cadre de ses activit s organisationnelles. Ainsi, les actions durables d velopp es par le projet r pondent aux besoins r els de l'environnement, mais elles doivent tre mieux partag es avec les autres employ s de l'entreprise, ainsi qu'avec l'administration g n rale et la communaut locale.
L'obiettivo generale della ricerca analizzare le azioni pi rilevanti sviluppate dal Progetto in materia di sostenibilit . Ci rilevante per la compagnia di assicurazione sanitaria, in quanto ne migliorer l'immagine sia all'interno che all'esterno dell'organizzazione. In termini di metodologia, il progetto in questione classificato come qualitativo e quantitativo, esplorativo e descrittivo in termini di obiettivi, ed stato condotto attraverso uno studio di caso. Inizialmente sono state effettuate ricerche bibliografiche e visite all'azienda per conoscere i suoi metodi di lavoro e analizzare le azioni sostenibili intraprese durante il processo. Sono stati redatti dei questionari che sono stati distribuiti ai dipendenti del progetto. Si pu notare che l'azienda sulla buona strada per quanto riguarda la considerazione della variabile ambientale come parte delle sue attivit organizzative. In questo modo, le azioni sostenibili sviluppate dal progetto rispondono alle reali esigenze dell'ambiente, ma devono essere meglio condivise con gli altri dipendenti dell'azienda, nonch con l'amministrazione generale e la comunit locale.
