'The relevance of philosophy is not always obvious to everyone.' Hence, any serious attempt to enforce philosophy should depart from the question of the addressees' intellectual disposition, precisely, the addressees' receptiveness to philosophy. The author proposes a twofold programme of the advocacy of the philosophy: a Construction of Foundational Introductions to Philosophy and a Construction of Human Philosophy. The programme's name is 'Mlingano Philosophical Advocacy Attempts (MPAA)'. It is a reaction to two reasons attributable to the obscurity of understanding the role of philosophy in human development: the addressees' 'misconception of the inner nature of philosophy, ' and the 'self-alienation of philosophy through its stubborn refusal to speak to the life of common men and women.' Whereas foundational introductions react to the misconception, human philosophy responds to philosophy's self-alienation. In this book, the author enquires into the features of a foundational introduction to philosophy. Precisely, he unveils four elements that should constitute a foundational introduction to philosophy. This work comes out as an inaugural contribution to MPAA publication series

Food safety being related to individuals' health, economic development, and social harmony, is a fundamental livelihood issue. This study is aimed to establish a current effective food safety regulatory evaluation system for effective food safety regulation. Based on the Web of Science database, 261 original documents were collected. The free nodes were extracted employing NVivo11.0 software and the tree nodes were extracted to construct the food safety supervision evaluation model. Subsequently, the indicators were verified through practice. The study found that food safety supervision is the common responsibility of government, enterprise, and society. The government is the core, the enterprise is the key, and society is an important supplement. Therefore, it is necessary to begin with the rule of law, corporate social responsibility, and social multi-subject co-governance to create a core framework for food safety supervision, consolidating the basis of social pluralistic participation in supervision to achieve effective food safety supervision.

The prison environment has attracted the interest of researchers from several fields: legal, psychological, sociological and linguistic, who aim to understand the functioning of the prison environment and the behaviour of persons deprived of their liberty in a restrictive environment. The processes leading to the (re)construction of the social identity of persons incarcerated for various offences are often related to the interpersonal relations established in this rather particular context.The objective of this qualitative research is to explore the follow-up of the prisoner during the process of integration into the prison world, a process that continues with the implementation of the prison's concerns, namely the preparation of the incarcerated person for reintegration into society outside prison and his/her subsequent revaluation.The results of this research are intended to shed light on the concepts of rehabilitation and reintegration in the light of the specificity of the Tunisian socio-cultural context, and to reflect on the nature of the mechanisms put in place for this category of persons.

Lac de Tengr la is located in the village of Tengr la, around 7 km from the town of Banfora in southwest Burkina Faso. It covers an area of around 340 ha and is of ecological, cultural, social and economic value to the local population. It plays an important role in maintaining biodiversity and in agricultural, fishing and tourism activities. Despite its multiple functions, the lake is subject to heavy colonization by invasive aquatic plants, which hinder its proper functioning. Remote sensing is the tool we used to monitor the dynamics of invasive plant proliferation on the lake. The NDVI vegetation index was used to carry out this study, tracking the phenology of plants on the lake. It was extracted from 411 NDVI images of the MODIS MOD13Q1 product. This analysis shows that the dynamics of plant proliferation on the lake are contrasted from one year to the next. However, during the course of our study, we noted a high degree of vegetation cover on the lake. The average annual vegetation cover remains permanently above 70%.

This study, entitled "Contribution une urbanisation harmonieuse d'une ville secondaire: projet de lotissement dans le quartier Boulali (Commune d'Ani 1 -Togo)" (Contribution to the harmonious urbanization of a secondary town: subdivision project in the Boulali district (Commune d'Ani 1 -Togo)) aims to implement a subdivision project in the Boulali district in order to provide a positive response to the town's high housing demand. Indeed, based on the assumptions established by the master plan, 19.08 ha of land must be serviced each year to meet the housing problem by 2034. But since the master plan was validated in 2014, nothing has been done at this level until 2020. So, to achieve this, we first carried out an analysis of Togo, focusing on urban planning tools and operations to ensure harmonious urbanization of urban areas. A more local look at these policies led us to carry out an analysis of the urban dynamics of the town of Ani 1. From these analyses and diagnoses, through a goal-oriented approach, we were able to formulate various development and urban planning proposals. Proposals aimed at making the study site a mixed residential area, offering a harmonious living environment.

This work examines how often overlooked factors such as temperature, concentrations and mixing techniques play a crucial role in scientific advances, bridging the gap between theory and practice. It first looks at the thermal behavior of sodium bicarbonate, citric acid and their mixtures, used in the foam industry, using TGA-DSC. It then explores the creation of blends with low-density polyethylene at different concentrations, aiming to determine the optimum combinations to produce new blends and to study their physico-chemical properties. The results indicate that sodium bicarbonate releases more gas, increasing the diameter by up to 60% with 2pcr and up to 30% with 1pcr citric acid. Mixtures based on optimal concentrations, such as 60/40 and 50/50, showed significant synergy, leading to denser, finer and more regular cells.
