Hi, I'm Maggie and I have to whisper something to you. There are witchy doings on the island of Nantucket where I live. Seriously. Can you believe sandpipers doing cartwheels on the beach and dune grasses doing backbends? My father thinks I'm making it up to be dramatic or to find awesome things to draw for the art fair. But my dog, Blissful, knows it's magic--my witchy Grammy Apple's magic.Uh-oh. Does this mean I'm a witch too? The kids at school will be so mean about it, maybe even pinch their noses when I pass by.Even so, it would be kind of cool--to be a real witch, I mean.

In life's journey, it is important that we know our basic human rights. As human beings, we have rights that enhance our lives. For instance, naturally and spiritually, we have the right to life and liberty without discrimination. Yet, many of us live a life not exercising these full rights. Faith has been given to you without discrimination. We have the right to release our faith because every person has been given the measure of faith. So why aren't we using it? I had someone recently come to me seeking answers to the hardship they were facing at the time. They had borrowed all they could have borrowed and believed as much as they could; however, they were still wondering how and why they were in the same situation. I began to remind them of who they were and of their rights as a believer. We are a "Whosoever" and we can have "Whatsoever" we say. We have to say the right things as we release our faith for manifestation. According to Romans 12:3-6, "God has dealt to every man the measure of faith." There is no lack of faith and there is a grace for every area of our lives to prosper. Ultimately, we have the faith for the grace to prosper. We simply must use our words to bring into manifestation what God has already provided. In this thought-provoking teaching, Cynthia Brazelton takes the text of the Gospel and brings it into focus, breaking down the simplest detail in bite-size pieces. Your faith will be stirred and renewed knowing that you are a "whosoever" who can have " whatsoever" they say."

The little bird experiences fear, loneliness, anger, and failure as it longs for a 'missing' loved one. Yet, it learns that love leaves a helpful force that can never be erased. Spaces are provided within the story and on memory pages at the end of the story for adding pictures and/or words to make the book a special keepsake.
From her earliest days, Cynthia Argil's existence was shaped by poverty, betrayal, and grief. Those tough, formative years left her with a hardened heart and fierce sense of independence, but the Lord had a different plan in store for the young woman.Of course, His path was not always easy. When fate's rocks rained down and their weight and impact became too much, Cynthia slid towards a dark abyss. But as she approached that precipice signs, dreams, and visions would intercede. I am the Great I am, came the Voice. Knowing she was no longer alone, Cynthia's cloak of self-sufficiency dropped to the ground. Praising the Lord, blaring Christian music on the road and proclaiming her faith on t-shirts, Cynthia finally belonged to someone. A new woman had been born. But the greatest test of her faith was yet to come.It began with the cries of her sons as they walked in the shadow of death. Father, I am your daughter You would not allow anything to happen to your daughter. Where are you? The voice of solace was gone, rejection left in its place. Satan has asked for you, and I said Yes. From walking the path of the Lord's beloved Peter, Cynthia now found herself His Job."Norah" follows one woman's journey from grief to glory, and resentment to redemption. It's a tale of losing it all, only to realize that every child in God's kingdom is heir to love and prosperity beyond their wildest imagining.

The work is an exploration of racial, gender, national, and religious identity and an opportunity for those of white racial identity and those from the "Global North" or the "western," "developed," world to consider their unearned privilege, power, and influence alongside the author. PLEASE NOTE: Certain functions of an e-reader can change the physical integrity of the poems.
